Close to Train station, hotel maintain very well, staff is friendly , good breakfast, Will come again

Wonderful! You can get a coffee in the lobby without paying for it. Heliopic Hotel &Spa made us feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. We will be back!!!

飯店人員服務相當好，提供很多的免費設施，方間相當乾淨舒適，有個舒適的陽台，只是我們住的是樓頂邊間，因屋頂是斜的，空間有限，所以浴室無法站立淋浴，且容易撞到頭，在此度過了2晚，整體是很滿意的，推薦大家

The overall experience is good, except the arrogant French male staff at reception without smile and eye contact when talking to us.

早餐算是不錯！以一個比較偏遠的地區來說 服務非常的優質，免費咖啡、茶、果汁、小朋友糖果，房間也很舒適，備品完整、高級！ 不過Spa水溫不夠高，有點冷 希望游泳池也能更溫水一點

服務很好，位置絶佳

從火車站可以坐免費市內電動車Le Mulet，每十五分鐘一班，圍繞城市各個點。早餐豐富，員工友善，設備齊全，加上有Spa設施，包括桑拿、游泳池、按摩池等，免費供住客使用。附近店鋪不多，要到市中心才有超級市場。

Modern and new hotel with excellent restaurtant and staff

Excellent friendly helpful staff. Nice bar and shared public sitting room. Great location convenient to bus station and walkable to town

The room was a little dated but spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful. In a great location. Walkable in old town, close to many restaurants.

Séjour en famille à l’Hôtel Héliopic à Chamonix. Première impression mitigée : en appelant l’hôtel pour confirmer les horaires de la piscine, j’ai appris qu’elle est réservée aux moins de 18 ans de 10h à 14h. Voyageant en famille pour profiter du spa ensemble, cela a été une vraie déception. L’information existe mais est peu visible sur le site. L’échange téléphonique avec la conciergerie a été froid et très procédurier ; on m’a même répondu que je “n’avais pas à réserver sur Expedia”, ce qui m’a semblé peu professionnel. Heureusement, une fois sur place, tout a été parfait. Accueil chaleureux, chambre superbe avec vue Mont-Blanc, parking pratique. Spa et piscine très propres et agréables. Mention spéciale aux deux serveurs du bar : professionnels, gentils et attentionnés. Bel espace enfants, boissons en libre-service (eau plate/pétillante, café), petit-déjeuner excellent. Nous avons mangé au Frometon juste à côté : délicieux. Au final, malgré un premier contact téléphonique décevant, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bel établissement, personnel attentionné sur place. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, en espérant une communication plus claire à propos des horaires de la piscine, surtout pour les familles.

Clean room, great location, close to transportation and attractions. Only negative was the vomit stains on the corridor carpet, unpleasant.

Mattieu from Reception was really very kind, we booked half board, stunning starter and dessert but mains were disappointing for all 4 of us, lacked flavour and very overcooked, but the rooms are cosy and warm and hotel gives wonderful crepes, popcorn and coffee (free of charge) which is a lovely surprise. I do believe bathrooms are in need of an update though. Spa is lovely, would be nice to have a gym too. But I really must comment the breakfast staff, this was a top quality breakfast which I highly recommend. Overall not a bad stay but room for improvement.

Personnel tres antipathique. L’hotel est chouette mais à FUIR pour le coté rigide et desagreable du personnel de reception. C rtait notre troisieme sejour et le dernier pour sur. Il semble qu un changement de direction en 2021 a occasionné un changement negatif dans l’accueil des clients.

Bem próxima a tudo. Ideal para família. Fomos eu minha esposa e dois filhos 4 e 7 anos. Do lado da estação para subir no mont blanc, dá para andar em toda Chamonix a pé saindo do hotel. Recomendo e com certeza quero volta na temporada do Ski. Otima recepção, espaço kids, água, café disponível 24h. A tarde tem dia de crepe. Piscina coberta, apenas tem restrição de horário da piscina para as crianças 10h às 14h
