We stayed at the hotel one night before our TMB trek and two nights afterwards. The room was super clean, spacious, and comfy. The breakfasts were delicious, and there were numerous choices. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. We rested very well at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a decent place to hike the TMB.

Best hotel to stay in if you're planning on going up the Aiguille du Midi. For outdoor gear and equipment, Concept Pro Shop is right next door. Don't bring drinking water if you're staying here. Refill your bottles for free in the lobby with great tasting mineral water. As other reviewers also mention, there is no AC in the rooms. However, it is comfortable if you leave the patio door open during the summer. During our trip in July, we had no problems with bugs or mosquitos. Don't forget to reserve a parking space if you're planning on driving there. There's a convenient laundromat a short distance from the hotel.

Excellent hotel, centrally located next to the cable car. The rooms were well appointed with fabulous views. The pool and steam room were great at the end of long day hiking. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide range of dishes available. We also very much appreciated the staff who were all friendly and helpful. As an improvement suggestion, in the absence of air-conditioning, it would be great if fans could be made available during the recent heatwaves - the rooms did get quite warm overnight!
