Close to Train station, hotel maintain very well, staff is friendly , good breakfast, Will come again

Wonderful! You can get a coffee in the lobby without paying for it. Heliopic Hotel &Spa made us feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. We will be back!!!

飯店人員服務相當好，提供很多的免費設施，方間相當乾淨舒適，有個舒適的陽台，只是我們住的是樓頂邊間，因屋頂是斜的，空間有限，所以浴室無法站立淋浴，且容易撞到頭，在此度過了2晚，整體是很滿意的，推薦大家

The overall experience is good, except the arrogant French male staff at reception without smile and eye contact when talking to us.

早餐算是不錯！以一個比較偏遠的地區來說 服務非常的優質，免費咖啡、茶、果汁、小朋友糖果，房間也很舒適，備品完整、高級！ 不過Spa水溫不夠高，有點冷 希望游泳池也能更溫水一點

This place is amazing! Location is just great, the rooms are charming and the breakfast is so good even if in the expensive side of the breakfast costs. The issue is that the address on the reservation was wrong. It is better if you check the address on their site instead to believe the address on the Expedia confirmation.

Very good hotel. Location is a bit away from city center but within walking distance. Limited parking for cars and there is a charge.

Overall the property is in a great location and it is clean. We had access to the spa but did not use it as we were only in Chamonix for 2 days. We booked the hotel through Hotels.com and I feel the hotel treats Hotels.com clients differently than those who book directly through the hotel. I requested to have onsite parking twice and never received a response. When we were past the cancellation date I received an email from the hotel giving me options for services by the hotel. I once again contacted them regarding parking and was told there were no spots available (6 weeks after my original request). Also after we booked our room, I received a message from the hotel stating that the room category that I booked did not provide any views…only a room facing other rooms and they gave me the option to upgrade. Our room with a balcony was fine…no need to upgrade. When we checked in we were asked if we had made reservations for dinner(which we had not)…they made it seem like their restaurants were the only options…not true. You are close to so many options for food. The cleaning staff are very noisy in the morning so if you want to sleep past 9 am forget it. Overall the hotel is good. It’s the services and staff that were an annoyance…we just felt like 2nd class citizens because we booked through a third party .

Beautiful Hotel, great location, helpful staff and a wonderful spa. We had a wonderful time staying here for our 4th time. Fully recommend.

Accueil désagréable Paul le receptioniste qui a fait notre checking était hautain et condescendant. Il y a avait une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain. Le spa est top! Pour le reste c’est un hohel 3 étoiles

O hotel é espetacular, estrutura surpreendente, comida deliciosa, atendimento muito gentil e quarto extremamente confortável, recomendo!

Acomodação incrível. Ao lado do teleférico Aguile du mídi. Quartos limpos e grandes. Café da manhã completo. Equipe educada e prestativa - inclusive fomos atendidos por um brasileiro na recepção, o que nos ajudou muito. Vale cada centavo.
