Hôtel est parfait! Le personnel prévenant. La seule mauvaise expérience vient de agence Hôtel.com chez qui j’ai fait une réservation parking. Qui a été confirmée. Et à l’arrivée pas de place de parking à disposition.Je ne ferai plus confiance à Hôtel.com.J’ai dû payer le prix fort pour ma voiture

Immaculate hotel with great staff. First time in Chamonix, and everyone went out of their way to make it a great stay. Ski shop team was great help in navigating the various areas and transfers.

Perfect location to the ski busses and the city center (lots of shops and restaurants), ski rental shop in the hotel, great coffee station (complementary). Nice bar with lots of gathering spaces and comfy chairs. We did not choose the breakfast buffet, but our travel companions said it was great. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Spa area has a swimming pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, ice room and a quiet area with swinging chairs by the fire. All included and free to use between 10am and 9pm. No kids after 3pm. Great experience, we’ll be back. No need to look for another hotel

Fikk oppgradering. Hyggelig personale. Fint spa, men kan til tider bli litt fullt. God frokost. Begge restaurantene er veldig bra, i hver sin prisklasse.
Resepsjonsområdet er litt upersonlig, men ellers er det meget bra.

Hotel molto bello e in ottima posizione sia per girare in centro sia per raggiungere le piste ( la fermata del bus che porta alle poste è a circa 100 mt)
