wifi was totally broken during the whole stay, location is convenient that the hotel is right at the corner of train station. Walking distance to reach lakeside;

The hotel is very good location just 3 minutes walk from the train station. Easy to go anywhere only short distance walk. And so many restaurants cafe bar and breakfast shop around there. The room is cosy and very clean for one person is ok but a little bit small for 2 people. The mattress is too soft that’s the only thing I don’t like. Staff are very helpful. I will definitely recommend it!

The room is not as good as the pictures in the hotels.com. The bed is comfortable. No air-con, which is ok in the night but a bit hot during the day light. Great location, right next to the train station, 3min walk to the old town area.

Clean room, really nice staff and a breakfast buffet with a lot of delicious things. The only thing that I did not realize when I booked is that they don't have an elevator, and the front desk is on the second floor, which is challenging when you have heavy suitcases.

Localização muito boa, ao lado da estaçãp de trem e poucos minutos caminhando até o centro histórico da cidade (que é lindo e charmoso). O maior inconveniente é o tanto de escada que precisa subir, caos esteja com muita bagagem não é uma boa opção. Se viaja com uma mochila esse hotel é perfeito. O quarto é pequeno mas confortável.

The pros: The hotel is located super close to the bus stations and the train station. It is also within walking distance to the Old Town and the lake. The bathroom was renovated and the room was a good size. Stayed on the first floor in a double room; room with a double bed. The cons: The area near the hotel at night was a bit seedy. Many homeless people congregated near bus stations. The hotel staff is not very helpful or friendly. Except for one gentleman, working late at night, named Bunjamin. He was very polite and willing to provide ideas for things to do. The hotel is a bit old and the cleaning staff could do a better job. I would recommend for a quick stay without too many expectations.

Odalar çok temizdi, personel çok nazikti, otelin konumu şahaneydi genel olarak çok beğendim. İki sorun vardı buna ben oteli alırken dikkat etmedim asansör yok ve bizim gibi bebekliyseniz in çık bebek arabasıyla zor oluyor, diğer sorunda yastıklar o kadar yüksek ve sertti ki hep boyun ağrısıyla uyandık bunlar çok dert edilecek durumlar değil ama belirtmek istedim yinede. Son olarak internette sorun vardı hiç kullanamadık bu cidden büyük bir sorundu maalesef

Excellent location, few meters from the station and conveniently located to explore the old city and the lake. The room was really spacious and tidy. Lovely staff and a fabulous value for your money. Pls be aware that there is no lift in the property.

Convenient walking location to the old town and lake. Parking is a short walk from the Hotel. Just be prepared for carrying your luggage up the stairs, as there is no lift service. It was perfect for a nights stay

We chose not to have breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. Old building but new bathroom. Good location near train station. Easily walkable to lake.

Température de la chambre adaptable. Calme. Ambiance agréable. Petit déjeuner simple (pain industriel, confitures, quelques fruits, boissons chaudes, yaourts, céréales industriels, tome de Savoie).

Really easy to get to from the train station (I arrived late in the evening). Staff immensely helpful and the room was clean, quiet and a good temperature. Close to all the good bits of Annecy. Recommend the breakfast as well.

La alfombra muy desgastada y se veía sucia. Olor a húmedad, del cuarto y lo aligeraban con abundantes desinfectantes o Creolina, un olor muy penetrante. Para tener puntacion de 8,6 esta muy sobrevaluado. No me vuelvo a quedar ahí

No tiene elevador y la alfombra le falta mantenimiento. Fuera de eso todo bien. Gracias. El personal fue muy amable y la ubicación es excelente.
