wifi was totally broken during the whole stay, location is convenient that the hotel is right at the corner of train station. Walking distance to reach lakeside;

The hotel is very good location just 3 minutes walk from the train station. Easy to go anywhere only short distance walk. And so many restaurants cafe bar and breakfast shop around there. The room is cosy and very clean for one person is ok but a little bit small for 2 people. The mattress is too soft that’s the only thing I don’t like. Staff are very helpful. I will definitely recommend it!

The room is not as good as the pictures in the hotels.com. The bed is comfortable. No air-con, which is ok in the night but a bit hot during the day light. Great location, right next to the train station, 3min walk to the old town area.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of everything Annecy has to offer, and the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in desperate need of refurbishment. Although the bathroom and wooden flooring had been renovated, the room was extremely small, felt dark and had a damp smell. The corridors and stairways looked tired, with old stained carpets and even sections held together with tape, which gave a very poor first impression. There was also no fridge in the room. I understand this is a two-star hotel, but for €400for a two-night family stay, I expected much better value. We loved Annecy, but the hotel was somewhere we only returned to at bedtime. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless the property undergoes significant improvements.

Great staff. Parking was in a public car park. Not great when you have motorcycles, but they were still there in the morning. Room dated but acceptable.

It is a nice small room. The walk to the old town is very close.

Check in was smooth, staff was very engaged and made suggestions for activities and included a map to support our activities, the “lobby” area was very comfortable and inviting.

Fint lille hotel tæt på Annecy gamle bydel. Ingen luksus, men der er hvad man skal bruge. Beskeden morgenmad, men igen, den var heller ikke dyr. Alt i alt en god oplevelse!

Un personnel très agréable et accueillant pour cet hôtel bien situé et très calme

Mysigt, om än nedgånget, alphotell. Nära tågstationen vilket var perfekt för oss. Vi köpte till frukost och personalen var hjälpsamma med att ordna is och att vi kunde ställa saker i deras kyl och frys. Lite dyrt för standarden på hotellet. Annecy är en väldigt vacker liten stad med underbart bad, mysiga butiker och bra restauranger.

Slitt hotell. Ok renhold på rommet. Liten balkong ut mot veien. Kort vei til togstasjonen og resten av byen. Dårlig fungerende air condition.

staff was helpful. But no coffee machine - very small room . Bathroom was flex style . I got so many bite marks from insects
