Staff are helpful and knowledgable. We approach them a lot of times during our stay. They always answer our enquiries patiently. The spa, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are definitely a highlight of this hotel.

The location is very convenient. It is located next to bus station and cable car station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is well equipped and clean. Good choice to stay in Chamonix.

交通算方便，行去市中心也不遠

The hotel is very close to Aiguille du Midi cable car station and the Chamoix du Midi train station. It's very convenient!

the hotel is new and clean. all facilities are good to use. only thing that did not comfort us is it located much far from the Chamonix express station.

Nice room and services, good food, jacuzzi is fabulous!

The hotel is a nice place for a family trip accounting to its location, facility, and nice staffs. It is 3 minutes walk to the tram station, 5 minutes walk to the train station, and has SPA/Jacuzze. The only complaint is that the website does not show that the guest should get off at Chamonix Midi station, which is only 5 minutes walk to the hotel. We got off at Chamonix-Mont-Blac, which is the station at city center and took 15 minute to the hotel. When you are in the hotel, remember to ask for the bus card to take free bus or check out their bikes to tour around the city.

La chambre vraiment très cosi personnalisé et le personnel très courtois. Bien agencé et très agréable, un espace détente bar et détente piscine sont très appréciés. Dommage que le soleil ne fut pas au rendez-vous mais nous avons pu profiter des alentours. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

We got upgraded to a fantastic room with a Mountain view. We used the spa a few times after hiking in the day, we also ate at the restaurant and drank at the bar. I would definitely stay again, all the people that worked there were always helpful. The spa facilities were good and pool , sauna etc were all at a nice hot temperature. The room itself was large and the cleaners were very thorough every day and great at stocking up the supplies.

The view from the room overlooked the pool and had great views of Mt. Blanc. Superb room and good breakfast

O hotel é maravilhoso! Bem localizado, possui uma infraestrutura fantástica. O quarto é amplo, extremamente confortável e o banheiro é muito bom. Os atendentes foram todos muito simpáticos e até tentaram me ajudar a resolver uma questão com um dos passeios que eu tinha agendado. Isso tudo sem contar a vista do quarto que era de tirar o fôlego!
