Excellent location and very comfortable stay. The rooms are a bit too hot, otherwise a very pleasant stay. Highlights are location, pool and the breakfast.

Hotel is in a great location next to the central bus station and is also walking distance to downtown Chamonix. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hot tub, steam room, and sauna overlooking Mont Blanc was the best part of the hotel after a long day on the slopes. My only critique would be if you would like a quiet room to book a room facing the Mont Blanc side to not get noise from the bus station. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The room was spacious,relaxing and comforting but it irritated me that they wanted to charge me for a meal I haven't ordered at their restaurant,when I showed them through my banking application that I ate in the center of Chamonix,they admitted it was mistake.

The hotel simple is not worth the money. Spa and amenities are ok but the room was horrible. We had a room on the last floor so, apparently, it had sloped ceiling. We had a sofa in addition to queen bed so It was not possible to walk to the balcony without bending over which was not super exciting for a person with bad back. Also, we were constantly hitting our heads on it. They tried to trim it with soft material (I guess they realized it was a problem) but it was still unpleasant. Check in was also super late so we super exhausted when we got to the room.

The hotel is really well placed next to Chamonix Sud bus station, to connect to Geneva airport and all the skibusses. The Spa is lovely, although another hot-tub would not go amiss. The room was quite small and not well appointed, even though we did not book the cheapest. The breakfast was wonderful overall, great choices, except for the coffee which was very poor.

Great location, nice amenities, good breakfast. Rental ski place on site is outstanding for service. Hotel staff were nice but we asked for help ordering car service and although I confirmed 3 times, the car was not actually reserved which caused us a huge and very expensive problem the morning of our departure.

When I booked, I paid a premium price for a property that was closing for renovations and they neglected to state that. The reception areas etc are ok but the room was super dark / like one had to put on their hiking headlamp to see , carpet nasty, and shower wasn’t good .

Our room was on the side facing the bus loading area and was quite noisy. Also it was hot. No AC but had to close windows because of noise. On the plus side they had a very nice pool and great restaurant. Also I left a pair if glasses there and they mailed them home.

Improvement areas
-lighting in the bedroom was awful and nowhere to really hang stuff
-cooked breakfast was stone cold every morning
-pillows were awful
Overall we enjoyed our stay but some basics were just not there - the cold breakfast each morning was a real disappointment.

C'était une réservation non remboursable...on a eu un empêchement de dernière minute. Sans parler de remboursement, j'ai essayé de voir si on pouvait repousser la date de quelques jours mais aucune discussion n'a été possible. Même les petits déjeuners ont été débités. Le refuge et le site Hôtel.com se sont renvoyé la balle, il ne pouvaient rien faire à cause de l'autre.
C'est pas commerçants du tout, 516€ débités pour rien, c'est la dernière fois que je réserve comme ça.

great hotel. nice bar and outside and a good pool. Our room was painted a bit too dark for our taste, especially the bathroom, but the table tennis and great staff more than made up for it. the location can't be beat if you take a van or bus to Chamonix sud. its like 30 meters away. We traveled in summer.
