簡單整潔還有附贈瓶裝水，櫃檯服務態度也很棒

The hotel is not just outside the metro station called Boucicout, it is about 5-6 min away. But after you get used to this 5-6 min walk, everything else seems very convinient because of the metro. The hotel is nice and clean, it is a chain hotel so it doesn't have that much character, but we were provided with anything we needed. Air-con was good, shower was good. really nothing to complain about. we did get a dirty cup though, but it was just a mistake.

飯店在15區是一個很安靜的居住環境。飯店週邊屬於住宅區很安全、很方便樓下有兩間超市，超方便。離捷運也近。捷運附近假日有早市，很棒的早市集。附近也有电影院和小商店。有兩間麵包店非常棒。也有肯德雞和中餐可以吃。

服務人員態度很好，還有免費寄放行李

i think this hotel is excellent and i would like to recommend this one to the travels who will come to paris or on the way. and this location is perfect located at the safe areas and quite. but the bar service is not well. sometimes it is not fast to have a drink in the bar.

Small, and clean.

The Hotel has a good breakfast selection, is 10 minutes walk from Convention metro station, the room is comfortable and the size is bigger than a normal hotel size in Paris.

酒店靠近两个地铁站，到市中心很便利，只要十五分钟左右。赶上特价，性价比非常高，附近餐厅也不错。

Personnel super accueillant

Personnel agréable! Mais hall d’hôtel puant les toilettes publics, Chambre trop petite m, mini bar vide ou inexistant dans certaines chambres, moquette à jeter Prix exorbitants pour ça Je ne m’attendais pas à un palace, mais pour les prix pratiqués c’est une vraie déception m! Habituellement, j’ai hâte de rentrer à l’hôtel après une bonne journée de travail, mais là . Pas dutout Envie de m’enfuir avant la fin du séjour qui a duré que 2 nuits. Dieu merci Plus jamais!

I ask the clerk before check in about the AC because in the lobby it was hot. They said no problem rooms are good. I barely slept because the AC wasn’t giving anything close to cool air. Won

The stay was alright at best and decent at worst. The hotel is amazing yet, I paid fully upfront for a Friday-Monday stay. I left Sunday a day earlier. I did not know about the policy you need to report that you are leaving a full 24 hours before if you decide to leave early to gain a refund on the additional day. I was informed I was suppose to tell them Saturday that I was leaving Sunday instead of leaving Sunday at check out before my transportation scheduled. So, even though I left early that morning as in before noon on Sunday, I was charged for the whole day. I do not blame the hotel as I should have known the policy yet I would like for that policy to be announced at check-in. In the United States of America, you’re able to automatically be refunded for days you’re not staying regardless of the day informed. It is my fault for assuming France, with its hospitality industry would have been of that standard. I will suggest this hotel going forward just be mindful of their policies.

Breakfast was desent, but not like the pictures shows. The rooms was absolutely clean and fresh , really nice rooms and other then the expentitions of the breakfast, great stay!

LOVE THE PROPERTY STAFF IS AMAZING MY COCKTAILS WAS SPECTACULAR CHICKEN WINGS AND ROLLS ARE VERY TASTY WILL DEFINETLY BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
