Très propre.

Literie très confortable, environnement chaleureux, propreté irréprochable.pour un 4. Étoilés, il manque une bouteille d'eau et du vrai café, pas du soluble. Le parking n'est plus adapté au gabarit actuel des voitures, manœuvres difficiles en sous sol mais heureusement, possibilité de se garer à l'extérieur. Je recommande cependant car la bonne isolation nous a permis de bien dormir.

War genau richtig für uns Pool war angenehm nach dem heissen Tag

We were welcomed by Aurore who advised us where to park.Very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and looked like it had been recently refurbished as the bathroom was excellent.Great toiletries too. Very comfy bed.We could have used the pool and spa free of charge but didn't have time as it was just a overnight stop travelling through France.

I’m not quite sure how this hotel is a 4 star, it’s barely a 2! The only redeemable feature of the hotel are the staff, who are very friendly & the food in the restaurant was ok. The hotel is very, very tired and clearly needs updating, when you walk into reception the walls & skirting boards are missing paint, the lift area is the same, all of the communal areas look grubby. We had been driving for 8 hours so just wanted to go to sleep, we should really have left but we were so tired we decided to get our heads down and stay. The bedroom was awful. the carpets were dirty & when I moved the sheets to get into bed there were black hairs! I took a towel from the bathroom and lay on & sprayed the room with fly spray as there were flys everywhere. The room smelled musty and the walls & skirting boards were again missing paint and marked everywhere. The bathroom window was gross, needs ripping out! There was a large gap under the sink area & plumbing is visible & toilet flush was broken on one button. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Das Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet. Leider gab es dort keinen Minikühlschrank und auch keinen Safe. Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden und über die Klimaanlage konnte nur eingeschränkt eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht werden. Das Bad war sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl, lediglich Fisch fehlte. Eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Gelände ist vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft erfuhren wir, dass das Restaurant am Wochenende geschlossen ist - diese Information wäre besser vorab erfolgt, zB in der Hotelbeschreibung.

Bien . Nous avons apprécié le spa. Dommage il n'y avait pas de peignoir...

Bel hotel .chambres renovées. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet fabuleux.

Arrivé à une heure tardive, après minuit, on m’annonce qu’il y’a une mise à jour du logiciel informatique et que je dois donc patienter pour avoir une chambre sans être capable de m’indiquer sous quel délai. Malgré les excuses du réceptionniste qui n’y est pour rien bien évidemment je trouve cela très moyen.

J’ai été extrêmement déçu de mon séjour Un hôtel soi-disant 4 étoiles qui ne répond absolument pas à son supposé standing

Les chambres ont été rénovées.Établissement partiellement défraîchi. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire

Excellente soirée à Épinal ! Un seul défaut: Exiguïté des toilettes ! Perfection pour le reste .

L'établissement est confortable et bien situé. Nous avons été gênés par les travaux et la température de la chambre , impossible à régler et beaucoup trop élevée. Dommage !

Très bon hôtel fraîchement rénové Piscine haman bien tenue

Soggiorno di una notte per lavoro. Struttura storica ben restaurata. Camera spaziosa, ben arredata e letto di ottima qualità. Bagno ok. Ristorante in struttura molto piacevole con piatti originali e ben presentati. Unica pecca, il parcheggio sotterraneo che quando pieno é difficilmente accessibile.

Un hôtel au centre d'Épinal rénové ( quasiment fini) qui su garder son âme et sa particularité. Le personnel est le plus souriant et compétent que nous ayons vu .
