Hôtel Mercure Épinal Centre

L'accueil était parfait. Parking un peu étroit donc faire bien attention et bien manoeuvrer. Les alentours et le confort de l'hotel sont très biens !

We were welcomed by Aurore who advised us where to park.Very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and looked like it had been recently refurbished as the bathroom was excellent.Great toiletries too. Very comfy bed.We could have used the pool and spa free of charge but didn't have time as it was just a overnight stop travelling through France.

I’m not quite sure how this hotel is a 4 star, it’s barely a 2! The only redeemable feature of the hotel are the staff, who are very friendly & the food in the restaurant was ok. The hotel is very, very tired and clearly needs updating, when you walk into reception the walls & skirting boards are missing paint, the lift area is the same, all of the communal areas look grubby. We had been driving for 8 hours so just wanted to go to sleep, we should really have left but we were so tired we decided to get our heads down and stay. The bedroom was awful. the carpets were dirty & when I moved the sheets to get into bed there were black hairs! I took a towel from the bathroom and lay on & sprayed the room with fly spray as there were flys everywhere. The room smelled musty and the walls & skirting boards were again missing paint and marked everywhere. The bathroom window was gross, needs ripping out! There was a large gap under the sink area & plumbing is visible & toilet flush was broken on one button. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Good Hotel but the room was clean but a little tired.

Want to emphasize that this is an older hotel. Be aware of that going in. However very nice stay and friendly staff willing to help. There is a restaurant on the property which has good food, but other options are only a short walk away. Parking on-site, but the entrance is quite narrow. Cars should do fine, but our SUV had some issues getting out. All in all a nice place, but not as modern as you would find in a larger city.

On business to see a ceramic factory, I have stayed here before, I find it very convenient. The area is nice with plenty of restaurants around. The breakfast was very good, nothing fancy but better than above average and they were open at 6:30 am so you could get going. Car park is tight to get into but there was some off street parking available. I would go here again.

We came to visit the American WW2 memorials in the area and enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Epinal. It was within walking distance of good restaurants and shops and easy to drive to the American Cemetery and Bruyere. The staff were very helpful in showing us where to eat and how to connect to the internet. The in-room coffee service was much appreciated.

I don't know what was going on with the A/C, but the room would not cool down. Other than that it was an overall good stay.

Very good hotel for the price paid. Ideally situated in the centre of Epinal if you have to be there. Friendly staff and good sleep comfort.

La chambre était très propre, le personnel très accueillant et souriant, parking payant mais très pratique, spa agréable et le top du top le buffet du petit-déjeuner qui était super complet et très varié. On s'est régalés

Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps et L'OCCASION d'en profiter,par contre la dernière fois où j'avais réservé, avant les travaux, j'avais profité de la piscine (excellent). J'ai bien remarqué que l'hôtel avait été relooker totalement, c'est très beau, l'accueil est excellent, le service si besoin, le petit déjeuner est très copieux, vous en avez pour votre argent. Les personnes exigeantes et gourmande seront servis, très large choix.. Je le recommande vivement,moi qui suis très axé sur la propreté, je vous garantis que vous ne devriez pas être déçu.Le lieu est très bien situé, pour les balades.. Merci à toutes l'équipe de l'hôtel MERCURE.

chambre impeccable, personnel accueillant, professionnel et courtois

Très propre.

Literie très confortable, environnement chaleureux, propreté irréprochable.pour un 4. Étoilés, il manque une bouteille d'eau et du vrai café, pas du soluble. Le parking n'est plus adapté au gabarit actuel des voitures, manœuvres difficiles en sous sol mais heureusement, possibilité de se garer à l'extérieur. Je recommande cependant car la bonne isolation nous a permis de bien dormir.
