巴黎蒙帕纳斯铂尔曼酒店

飯店房間很多，所以隨時都有很多人出入。很多人不會用電梯，常擠在電梯口。基本上沒什麼服務，冰塊要自己到一樓酒吧要，Room service 送要錢。每天房內整理都不確實補上備品，連沐浴乳用完了也沒補充。甚至有一天整個房間都沒整理。房務人員一早十點就在敲門想整理，我人都還在房內。頂樓高級酒吧營業到2點，晚上隱約還能聽到音樂聲。

Sulla pubblicità ed immagini ufficiali dell hotel è fortemente pubblicità la terrazza panoramica ultimo piano vista Parigi ma in realtà è un club privato il cui accesso è a pagamento ( 25 euro con drink incluso ) e solo per adulti . Peccato avevo scelto hotel anche per quella terrazza vista torre .

Was allotted a room next to noisy cleaning / maintenance room noise was later in night and early morning. Later morning again complained but most of the staff did not understand a single word of English, however room was changed but we had to go through hassle of packing and unpacking. Front of the desk said a manager will contact via phone / WhatsApp/ email but so far nothing has happened…. All in all never going back to stay in that hotel again…

Propreté minimale Le parking est celui du centre commercial et non celui de l’hôtel.et donc payant en plus ( information ambiguë sur le site..) Petit déjeuner parfait et varié Un seul restaurant ouvert ( l’autre restaurant étant fermé alors que pas indiqué ni à l’accueil ni sur le site) Excellente situation géographique

O hotel tem uma ótima área comum, os quartos são espaçosos e com duas camas grandes, ideal para quem viaja com filhos. Fica perto das estações de trem e metrô e de vários restaurantes e lojas. Staff educado e prestativo. Pontos fracos: carpete no quarto e banheiro sem portas da suíte deluxe. Café da manhã deveria ser incluído na diária, muito alta para a localização e condições do hotel. Também deveriam melhorar as vestimentas das recepcionistas da entrada do Sky bar. Não é condizente com um hotel de nível. Teto do hall de entada cheio de buracos e com rede dá a sensação de que vai desabar.

The checkin in the second floor is unusual. My husband arrived with 5 bags and there was no one to assist him, which posed a bit of a problem, shelping the bags from the curb inside. Otherwise, the room was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms was very poorly designed. No door for the shower! No where to sit except in your room or just a few terrible chairs in lobby.

Staff not helpful at all. Got back to the room at 7 in the evening and the housekeeping was not done. Towels on the floor garbage basket not emptied no coffee and no water. The worst part was the attitude of the person when I called to complain. She tried to make it look as if it were my responsibility saying I might have left the “ do not disturb” sign on which I never did. Worst customer service ever. I did mention that at check out but they were unfazed; all I got was some nice talk and I am being polite Obviously this hotel is meant for groups arriving in buses, not for individuals.

The rooms are the worst designed hotel rooms I have ever encountered. Poor storage. No luggage rack. No shelves. Bedside table a postage stamp. Phone high tech for no reason. Shower stupid. Too open and too old. Located in poor location. Toilet hard to flush. Mirrors where you do not need them confuse you at night. Your room number is not the floor your room is on. They did not tell me this. The elevators are so tech heavy you had to know your floor, not your room. And we are in one of the expensive rooms. Be sure to have your bellman spend some time with you. The room has limited instructions and plenty of surprises. Bottom line: Nice looking room but designed to look good with no effort to make guest comfortable.
