The area is convenient and close to train stations and metro

飯店房間很多，所以隨時都有很多人出入。很多人不會用電梯，常擠在電梯口。基本上沒什麼服務，冰塊要自己到一樓酒吧要，Room service 送要錢。每天房內整理都不確實補上備品，連沐浴乳用完了也沒補充。甚至有一天整個房間都沒整理。房務人員一早十點就在敲門想整理，我人都還在房內。頂樓高級酒吧營業到2點，晚上隱約還能聽到音樂聲。

Buena ubicación y en general buen servicio. Lamentable que al momento de hacer el check in traten de venderte servicios adicionales en lugar de ofrecerte una cálida sonrisa de bienvenida. Cuento con la tarjeta de Cliente frecuente de Grupo Accor pero me comentaron que al haber reservado vía EXPEDIA o como la chica en recepción comentó "una agencia de viajes" ,no podía acumular puntos en mi cuenta. Un especial reconocimiento a las chicas de la limpieza que siempre, siempre te ofrecen un "bonjour" con una gran sonrisa y actitud...son esos simples detalles que ayudan a hacer tu estadía más agradable . El haber perdido el Lobby a pie de piso y tener que subir escaleras eléctricas para llegar a una zona de registro sin ninguna personalidad , me hizo sentir que estaba en un super mercado en lugar de un buen hotel

Nous avons passé deux nuits en chambre deluxe: nous étions au 29ème étage la vue était incroyable! La chambre est d'un confort absolu, bien au delà de certains autres 4 étoiles. Spacieuse, mini bar, grand écran plan, superbe salle de bain communicante....et literie sublime :) Cependant, je retire une étoile car les deux établissements situés dans l'hôtel que nous avons fréquenté étaient très décevants. Le Skybar, avec certes une belle vue mais cette terrasse est minuscule, on se marche dessus! ce n'est pas du tout un rooftop comme on peut s'y attendre. Les cocktails sont mauvais, la déco intérieure est glauque au possible....bref, sympa pour une photo Insta mais vraiment pas à la hauteur! Et le Umami, pour le brunch du dimanche: beaucoup trop cher pour le peu de choix proposé et le service qui laisse à désirer! Aucune proposition du serveur concernant le Mimosa bottomless, un temps d'attente infinement long pour les boissons en extra, et un buffet dégarni. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner inclus avec la chambre le lendemain, nous y avons retrouvé les mêmes recettes! seule différence: il y en avait moins....ce n'est pas ce à quoi on s'attend dans un établissement de ce standing. Dernier point : il a été construit à côté d'un super concept (plus grande food hall d'Europe).... qui a fait faillite en janvier 2026 mais quel dommage!!

Great location, nice place, pretty good value

Hotel ótimo, bem localizado. Em frente a Gare de Montparnasse. A estação de metrô - Gaité - é ao lado do hotel, onde tem uma galeria, com supermercado. Quarto de ótimo tamanho, com banheiro bom, para os padrões de Paris. Voltaria!

This place was very nice, but not close to anything but the train station that I needed it for. The Skybar was very nice but its not with the hotel and needed to make RSVP before hand. You call the front desk to ask how to book and they just redirected me to do it online. The breakfast had lots of different types of food. The only con was being a solo traveller is that I was having my breakfast is that I told one of the wait staff that I was grabbing some more food and my coffee, fork and everything was gone from the table. Even though i told them that i was coming back. The location isn't close to any of the main tourists areas its very out of the way. There is some shops near by but its not as close as you might think it is. Again taking the Train its very close to the train station.

The hotel is very modern and beautiful. The staff were so helpful, and they spoke wonderful English. It was very nice for our family of 4, during our stay in Paris! We appreciated the grocery store near the hotel, the ease of getting to the Metro, the cute cafes and shopping just a bit of a walk away. I would definitely consider returning to The Pullman if I come back to Paris.

I recently stayed at Pullman Paris Montparnasse and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near Montparnasse station, making it easy to explore Paris. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious with an amazing city view. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and upscale. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Wonderfully located hotel, often used by tour groups but offering excellent service to each customer.

Acabou o pão baguette e o pão campanha do café da manhã, isso foi horrível, pois estávamos com uma expectativa de tomar um café da manhã do nível 4 estrelas deste Hotel. Nunca vimos isso acontecer em qualquer hotel que já hospedamos. Outros hóspedes estavam estarrecidos.

Friendly staff. Convenient location, near metro and train station. Lots of restaurants nearby.
