Great views from the room. Excellent location. Best hotel we have been in Paris. Only minor thing was nightclub, which was private.

Amazing great view, breakfast buffet, and pillows.

This hotel was top-notch in every way. The room was modern, yet comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming with all the delicious options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, I'd stay here again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, die Dusche ist auch Mega, das King-Size-Bett ein Traum inkl Memorykissen… We love it! Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert- war uns mit 39,- Euro dann doch etwas zu teuer. Und leider kostet der Eintritt der Sky-Bar 25,- Euro (allerdings inkl. Getränk). Das sollte für Hotelgäste etwas günstiger sein. Sonst war‘s echt ganz toll!!! Wir waren im 25.Stockwerk- es war soooo ruhig! Die Fenster kann man im Zimmer nicht öffnen, dafür gibt es einen Lüftungsschlitz… passt für die kühlere Jahreszeit ganz gut! Klimaanlage war etwas laut, hat aber super funktioniert. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen!

We have stayed at the Pullman quite a few times but won’t again. It’s expensive and just not worth the cost. The street outside the hotel is being taken up so getting a suitcase to the station is a nightmare. Also, it’s dusty and loud. Entry into the hotel is effected and through one rotating door. The floor of the hotel is covered with dust from the street. Also, Accor has a big promotion taking up most of the lobby space so there are few places to sit and relax. We were on level 22 and the hall way on that floor smells terrible. The room was so so. As always the check in staff were lovely and professional but the overall hotel experience lacks ambience or comfort. We’re looking elsewhere from now on.

Booked the same day of stay. Reception stored our bags for us while we were out for the day. Checkin later was quick and our luggage arrive within 5 min of getting to the room

The hotel's location and cleanliness were good, but there were two disappointing points, so I will comment on them. 1. Room cleaning had not been done by 4:00 PM, so I asked for it urgently, but the cleanup was quite sloppy, which was disappointing. 2. At checkout, despite having paid the accommodation fee as a deposit upon check-in, I was nearly charged twice. Even after informing them that I had already paid the deposit, they responded in a rude manner, asking when I had paid. After my colleague confirmed the payment, the issue was resolved. However, if the staff member was a beginner, I would appreciate it if they wore a badge indicating their level of experience so that guests can be informed of their staff status.

I received a room upgrade when I checked in. On Saturday, the 26th, when I returned to the hotel at night, upon opening the door to the room, we noticed a strong smell of something rotten. Upon investigating, we noticed that the strong smell was coming from the bathroom drain. I called the reception, who sent an employee, who poured a bottle of liquid (in an attempt to neutralize the strong smell), without having any effect. The air in the room was already filled with the strong smell. I requested a room change, which was granted, with the help of another employee who carried our luggage. However, the upgrade previously offered was not maintained, and a downgrade occurred.

The property was very nice however our air conditioner did not work properly the entire time we were there.

Katastrophal

モンパルナス駅からすぐ、前のメリディアンモンパルナスの頃から利用していますが，パリのお気に入りホテルの一つです。レストランが，コロナ禍でロワシーバスがなくなり、空港からのアクセスがタクシーになり、ちょっと残念ですが，。シンプルになり、ちょっと残念ですが，周りに沢山レストランもあり，便利です。

The hotel is in a great location. Once we came out of the hotel take a walk to the right of the hotel and cross the street and you come to a lovely area with great restaurants and shops. Very convenient. The hotel offered an amazing breakfast and the staff were fabulous. I will definitely come again.

Problem is that the room bathroom has no door so if travelling with family it has privacy concerns.

I guess it’s development but is dirty, noisy until completed. The rooms are great. Staff are pleasant & very helpful.

Sijainti loistava ja aamiainen erinomainen! Metroasema lähellä. Meneillä olevat katutyöt sotki vähän liikkumista.
