good location with good service

Good location with 10 min walk to shopping mall and outlet. Staff were nice and helpful, especially the baggage staff.

Very clean and comfy, small kitchen we could prepare and have breakfast of our own on our private balcony. Great service at the reception and concierge, too, treated us with politeness, smiles and warmth, purely professional. Shuttle service to Disneyland (without luggage) and back is very convenient. Location is great, too, 5 minutes walk to RER, big shopping mall and good restaurants. I'll definitely come back here again.

We stay in this hotel for 3 days for Disneyland. Firstly, we felt uncomfortable when hotels did not offer water on the second and third day. Furthermore, we felt very horrible about a manager who servers in the restaurant for breakfast, he was so rude to shout our children and even treat us with his worst attitude. (He seems like a anglo-indian with brown skin, we sincerely hope hotel could improve his attitude at work). Besides, a shuttle bus driver was also impolite for customers who need transportation to Disneyland. We will NEVER choose this hotel anymore.

适合自驾迪士尼全家人居住，有厨房，两个卫生间，非常舒适；开车去迪士尼、折扣村都非常近。

They requested us to upgrade the room with additional charges (2 times of orginal) because I have kid to stay with. After long-time negotiation, they finally offered it free-of-charge. It was really bad since it had wasted us for about an hour of time.

The room gets cleaned every day; they provide a car to Disneyland, which is a big PLUS; the drivers are polite, and the staff is kind. They allow kids at the swimming pool at specific times. I would go back.

Would definitely recommend hotel. Great stay with the family.

The service was very poor. Check in after 3 pm that means you waste the first day of SPA for your kids. We had a suite with cooking area we asked some oil from the restaurant a they said they had no oil. I was sick overnight, we asked for a pain killer and they said they had nothing. The room service for organising the sofa bed walked in without any prior notice

Clean, lovely pool area, good breakfast, free transportation to Disney. Close to station and shopping centre. Pleasant and helpful staff.

O quarto é bastante amplo e limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom e o hotel possui serviço de transfer gratuito para os parques da Disney que funciona muito bem.

All top class level , full house during Xmas season, we still enjoy our B'fast on time , a nice Spa hotel indeed..

Room was too hot! I called the front desk for help and they made it hotter! Had to sleep with the windows open and listen to traffic noise all night. Otherwise, room and staff were good.
