Everything was amazing, this was our second time here. Beds are huge with luxury bedding. Rooms are large and clean only reason for 4 star was amount of dust floating in the air (we just opened balcony door for a while to resolve) however rooms were clean and we were happy with the room service. Water provided daily. Great little kitchen with microwave hob and fridge. All you need. Shuttle service was a little slow waiting to be taken to Disney - we decided to take the train one stop most days to save time but great for families! Pool and spa is a huge plus however sauna door was hanging off and out of use for our stay the steam room was great. Pool and jacuzzi were a little chilly but you are able to sit in comfortably and refresh from a busy day. Rooms quite sound proof with extra door between bedroom area and hotel room door. Staff all day extremely helpful friendly and attentive. We will be back!

The hotel was nice for 4 star hotel. The room was huge and clear. The location is nice with quiet especially after you come back from Disneyland. It is amazing to have a shuttle service to Disneyland. The service can be improved especially housekeeping service. I did not leave the sign Do not Disturb and the room was not cleaned although there was a little button for “Don’t Disturb” also in addition to the sign which I was also disabled but no one came to clean the room. Also, when ordering extra sheet, there was an issue with staff’s tone and disrespect.

The patio need new furniture Friendly staff. The rules of the hotel about none access to the pool under 16 and none access to the gym for teenager under 18 is not working for our family. I don’t recommend the hotel to family with teenagers.

Suite was dated and in need of some repairs. Clean and tidy. Refreshments replenished daily. Turn down service for sofa bed Tried room service on two occasions and could not get an answer. When checking with receptionist I had details correct they simply said ‘maybe they were busy with another guest’ Service in hotel bar for food was very slow Spa was ok. More lifts needed as we were constantly waiting on a lift. Would not stay again. Expensive and expected better service for the price.

Overall I’d stay here again. All categories were great. One big difficulty which was beyond the hotel’s control was a 4am fire alarm and evacuation because someone was, allegedly, smoking in their room. There was no more sleep after that, which made the following day a particularly tired one. Not great on a short break. No apology, acknowledgement or recompense for the fire alarm.

Beautiful room with a huge bed, we slept very well. Excellent location, 20 minute walk to Disney and a 5 minute walk to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. Great that you can access the spa everyday as a guest.

Pull out bed was quite hard, leaky bath/shower, laminate wood floor had gaps that kept moving. Shower took a long time to get warm and the layout of the junior suite was strange. Overall it was ok but in our view was not 4 star.

We were pleasantly surprised! Loved our stay here and will definitely come again if we come back to Paris! Staff was very kind. Access to the Spa was a wonderful treat! And a free shuttle/car to take you to Disney Paris! No need to take the train, although only a 4 min walk away if we changed our mind.

Overall, I have had a very positive experience. The room is impressively quiet and clean, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. I also find the location to be excellent; being so close to the RER A station is incredibly convenient for travel. Furthermore, your shuttle bus service to Disneyland Paris is very well-organized and has made my trips to the park seamless. I do, however, want to mention one small issue with the bathroom design. Because there is no shower curtain, the floor tends to get quite wet after a shower. I thought you might like to know this, as it can make the tiles a bit slippery. While I haven't had the chance to try the spa facilities, the rest of my stay has been wonderful, and the staff have been very helpful.

Exceeded my expectations, lovely breakfast, room was clean with great toiletries. Staff at the front desk were great and the free transfer to Disneyland was a real plus and the drivers were all lovely. Would recommend this hotel !!
