Excellent option if you visit Disneyland, they have a private shuttle available on demand.
Kids can spend time in the swimming pool, while the parents can supervise them from the jacuzzi ;) I highly recommend it!
One little negative is that the city tax was not included in the price on Hotels.com

Very good hotel, close to disney, malls and eateries. Spa is lovely! Breakfast amazing! Staff very friendly and helpful at check in! Lovely stay!

Good location for Disneyland. Had to make a number of calls to reception to rectify things which was annoying but otherwise ok.

Great location for Disney plus they have a shuttle - really good sized rooms & good facilities such as the steam room, sauna & pool. Only downside was the breakfast wasn't great - very limited options for gluten free. No egg man

From the moment we arrived everything about this hotel was first class. Sarah at reception explained everything to us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was excellent, and even has timed sessions for under 16s to keep everybody happy! Amazingly comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Not just rooms, but whole hotel were very clean and tidy.

Stayed 2 nights where after 1night had to change the room because of loud noises coming from the street level. The second night room was quiter but the whole room changing experince was not very pleasent, neither the hotel staff’s attitude. Plus the quality of the room plus amenities provided by the hotel were not at all equivalent for the price charged for the hotel room. Will not recommend to anyone!

We stayed at Relais for 3 nights. 2 adults and our 5 year old daughter.
The hotel is spotless from when you walk in the door. Lovely reception area. Room was very clean. Room was cleaned everyday and towels also replenished each day.
We had booked a junior suite which was a large double bed and a sofa bed. It had a shower room and also a bath which was great. Also had kitchen facilities. Fridge, hob, coffee machine etc.
We had included breakfast in our stay and there was so much choice. Bread, pastries, fresh fruit, meats, cereal, scrambled egg etc. something for everybody.
The added bonus of this stay was definitley the complimentary shuttle from hotel to Disneyland Paris. Anytime you wished to go a driver took you. The drive was literally 4/5 minutes.
There was also a supermarket across the street which was handy for juice snacks etc.
Highly recommend for a weekend break. 🌟🌟🌟

Honestly a great hotel if you want to visit Disneyland. The private shuttle is unrivalled - you just call them and they come pick you up. Sometimes within 3-4 minutes. The longest we had to wait was 15 minutes during peak times. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The housekeeping did a great job every day and were so friendly to my child when we arrived as they were finishing the room. They have great facilities (spa, pool, room service, a bar and restaurant etc) and the bed is SO comfortable. The rooms are spacious and you get water refilled every day. The towels were lovely and soft in the bathrooms and proper BIG towels. Plenty of them too. I really loved that. This place is worth every £. We will definitely be back. Thank you Relais Spa!

Our rooms were lovely but had requested them to be together and this didn’t happen.
The buffet breakfast had quite a good choice but took them ages to replenish it.
They had a great transfer service to take and pick you up from Disneyland. Drivers were very friendly.
The hotel had a nice bar area, which was great to relax after a busy day at Disneyland. It was just a shame it took so long to get a drink.
