索菲特巴黎波尔蒂摩酒店

從第一天過後，就沒有補過備品，連第一天睡好的補水兩瓶都沒。幸好附近有超市。

剛入住酒店，在換衣服洗澡，有人敲門，一直回應裡頭有人，他們還是用萬能鎖開了門，聽到我大叫，他們才關門。跟飯店反應這件事，但是都沒有人回應狀況。除了房間床鋪乾淨之外，其他都差評。

地理位置很方便 ，位於巴黎鐵塔和凱旋門中間 ，搭metro也方便

Gran hotel

We liked everything about it. The rooms and hotel was beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. Never had better service in my life. We loved it!

Staff, facility and service were first rate. Concierge assisted our every need. Highly recommend.

rooms very small for the price they charge

Exceptional location, but the hotel is not very well maintained and shows sign of age. The bathroom was out of basic amenties such as shampoo and conditioner once we got to our room.The hairdryer was not working and had to be replaced. You pay a 5 star price for closer to a 3-4 star experience.

The staff were exceptional..so obliging,polite ,spoke very good English. Our room was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is a nice hotel very well located, but the rooms are extremely small, including the bathroom.

Ci è stato fatto un ottimo omaggio per il nostro anniversario, molto gradito! Tuttavia mi sento di dire che la camera non era esattamente come in foto, e dal letto non c’era la vista sulla tour eiffel. La colazione non all’altezza di un rinomato gruppo internazionale, estremamente scarna. Complessivamente non vale quello che costa, non credo tornerò..
