冷氣差，未能滿足對客的合理要求，敷衍了事。

從第一天過後，就沒有補過備品，連第一天睡好的補水兩瓶都沒。幸好附近有超市。

剛入住酒店，在換衣服洗澡，有人敲門，一直回應裡頭有人，他們還是用萬能鎖開了門，聽到我大叫，他們才關門。跟飯店反應這件事，但是都沒有人回應狀況。除了房間床鋪乾淨之外，其他都差評。

地理位置很方便 ，位於巴黎鐵塔和凱旋門中間 ，搭metro也方便

Las habitaciones 507 y 509 están muy usadas; les urge remodelación. La relación costo beneficio fue muy des balanceada. Se anuncian como cinco estrellas y queda muy lejos de esa categoría.

The only problem was check in. If you were a rich foreigner you got a room immediately. Two women from America waited 2 1/2 hours for a room. Not thrilled with reception people. Wouldn’t acknowledge you were waiting at all.

Rooms were pretty hot as the AC was not working properly and other people were complaining about the same thing. There are two small elevators and one of them was broken during the day. Also, there are stairs on some of the floors in the hallway and additional stairs once you get into your room, which makes it very difficult when traveling with a lot of bags. Additionally the toilet and the shower aren’t two separate rooms, which is extremely inconvenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was centrally located, but based on the price I paid for the room I probably would not go back.

Great hotel, very close to Eiffel Tower. We stayed here as we were going to Roland Garros and very convenient to get to and from. Also on super hot days and no issue with AC

The worst Sofitel property I have visited. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The carpet looked worse than a U.S.interstate highway hotel. The breakfast was good, but again the restaurant was not very clean. I will say the staff was super friendly and happy to help whenever needed.

Standards of welcome and attentiveness are always good at Sofitel but on this occasion of my birthday and our engagement, the attention and care was off the scale. Thank you for making it so memorable, until the next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sofitel Paris. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The service throughout the hotel was truly outstanding. A very special thank you to our concierge, Emilien, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He managed to secure us a reservation at La Perouse — a place that is very difficult to book. This truly made our trip special, and we really appreciated his professionalism and dedication. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere combined with warm hospitality. We highly recommend Sofitel Paris and will definitely come back again!
