Sofitel Baltimore exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. The location is FANTASTIC, right in the heart of the city. My room was elegant and comfortable, with stunning views and thoughtful details like balloons when we walked in for my birthday. The concierge was fantastic, helping with personalized recommendations and reservations. The impeccable service and attention to detail made my experience unforgettable. A true luxury stay in Paris, will definitely return!

Concierge Emilien Todesco was phenomenal. All his recommendations and reservations were Top shelf. The restaurants , activities and shopping was amazing. he gets our maximum 5 star recommendation. Wenceslas Blondeau was also excellent. his assistence was valuable. Dr &Mrs C &A SANTI

剛入住酒店，在換衣服洗澡，有人敲門，一直回應裡頭有人，他們還是用萬能鎖開了門，聽到我大叫，他們才關門。跟飯店反應這件事，但是都沒有人回應狀況。除了房間床鋪乾淨之外，其他都差評。

Ci è stato fatto un ottimo omaggio per il nostro anniversario, molto gradito!
Tuttavia mi sento di dire che la camera non era esattamente come in foto, e dal letto non c’era la vista sulla tour eiffel. La colazione non all’altezza di un rinomato gruppo internazionale, estremamente scarna. Complessivamente non vale quello che costa, non credo tornerò..

El hotel está bien ubicado .
El mobiliario está deteriorado y algunas partes con polvo, el borde del espejo del baño oxidada, la tubería del lavamanos estaba media tapada, la mejor atención fue el botones. Quedé decepcionada del Sofitel , no creo que regresaría .

Everything was great, especially Fanny the concierge and the entire staff. Only complaint was that the room itself was a little small and not laid out well.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone who wants a walkable area with access to lots of attractions and dining options.
