I opened the window to help keep the room cool, which was fine, but the downside is that I could hear the trams and people outside very loudly. I wanted to be near the train station, and the location was very convenient. I liked that they had water in the lobby so I could refill me water bottle.

Personal super freundlich, mit dem ersten Zimmer hatten wir etwas Probleme konnten aber am morgen ohne Probleme tauschen und danach war es dann super. Die Parkgarage ist sehr steil und eng. Mit einem normalen Auto kommt man rein, nicht aber mit einem tiefer gelegten. Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Direkt neben der Tür ist eine Tramhaltestelle, nach 2 Minuten ist man am Karlsplatz. Drumerhum gibt es ein paar Essensmöglichkeiten für den Abend, einen Edeka, eine Apotheke, einen Bäcker. Man findet alles was man brauch. Empfehlung: Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen nach außen war es doch sehr laut.

房間空調沒什麼作用，微霉味，整體還算乾淨，大廳有提供熱的飲用水及冷的，房間沒有額外的熱水壺。浴室的乾濕分離毫無作用。浴室的暖風機只有短暫的運作時間。隔音很差。對面的酒吧聲及路面電車的聲音會非常影響睡眠。
優點：離舊城區很近，步行15分鐘可以抵達。離中央車站約步行十分鐘。

The room is very very small but providing everything we need. Toilet is small too. The room is clean and tidy, however the air-condition is not working. We still feel very hot. Staff are very nice and efficient.

The staffs are friendly and efficient. The room is small but clean and comfortable. The in-room kettle is usually available in most hotel. In IBIS Munich City, however, no kettle is available in the room for brewing coffee and tea is a drawback. Free WIFI access is provided but it is not easy to setup and slow.

Location is great. 8 min walk from Munich Haubahnhof. The room is basic. If you are looking for more, this will definitely not be what you want. The only thing is that it is not cold enough when it is 30 degrees outside.

Not for away from HBF, we were with two big suitcases and a little kid, still quite easy reach to the hotel. If you are not sure the quality of other hotel, it would be a very good choice for IBis. Recommend

差评！房间渗水，服务员态度超级不好，欺负外国人，要一床被子都想要我们钱，换岗之后的服务员就不要钱，说明根本不应该收费。等等等等，不一一说了，太差！
