Nice location, friendly staff, very quiet

因为预订比较晚 11点左右晚上预订的，去了酒店前台说找不到订单我们可以理解。我们就说直接付款现场订房，前台说他不知道哪个房间有人哪个没人住，anyway 只能换酒店了。真的太累了 因为时间太晚了

Very nice hotel and nearby train station.

電源轉接頭掉在房間裡，但旅館人員一直說找不到。 打電話一直都沒人接，要打好幾次。床很硬很不好睡。離車站近很方便。

酒店地理位置很好，就在波恩中心的鐵路邊（有維也納市政廳，貝多芬的房子，商店等等）。不要期待在火車站附近能有什麼美麗的風景。酒店倒是很乾凈有舒服的床，有合適的浴室。這裏還有價錢實惠的酒吧和餐館，而且很多餐館喝酒吧都在附近哦。房間有迷你酒吧。真的很享受這次居住體驗，沒有什麼不好的地方。

Good location Limited choice for breakfast Basic facilities

Great location, directly next to the main station. Clean room, comfy space. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Bonn.

In Old Town area, easy to walk around

就在波昂車站後方出口，地理位置奇佳，房間乾淨，員工態度也很好，唯一缺點是網路速度很慢，使用高速網路要付費。

地點絕佳就在火車站正後方,員工友善,環境乾淨,唯一缺點是免費網路速度有待加強,許多飯店設施需額外付費

The free Wi-Fi speed is too slow. The front desk service people is not willing to provide with the related train information which is not considerable to their guest.

因為是連鎖飯店，房間很乾淨舒適，服務人員也很親切，房間大小也很棒。 另外，離車站非常的近，飯店還會提供市區內交通票，可以無限次搭乘Tram, u-Bahn。

非常方便的地理位置，服务和硬件都没什么好吐槽的。职员都很Nice。不过因为离火车站太近了，开窗的话，会有点吵。

非常好的飯店，就在火車站旁邊，房間很新且乾淨，空間大小也適中，服務人員也不錯，唯一可加強的是早餐富盛度。

It's not convinient that High speed WiFi needs to be purchased. Especially, you cannot use high speed wifi in the morning of the last day unless you buy another 1 day.

Staff were helpful. Room was unexpectedly good. The hotel gave us free transportation passes in Bonn!!!

シャワー室の扉が湾曲していたため、水が外に漏れてしまい困りました。 スタッフ様はとても親切でしたが設備に関しては不便を感じてしまいました

We are very sorry. We could not be satisfied at spending one night. That was inconfortable stay. In the room there are dust here and there, on the self, on the desk, on the side tables. And we are two, but there are only goods l for one person; towels, pillow, comforter, coffee, sugar,...etc.We had checked in at late night because of Xmas Market, so we were very sleepy, we didn't ask the set for more one person. Because we feeled there was only one staff without house keeper.We could not wait so long time. I use the spare bad smellig comforter and pillow, without cover, they had bad smellig. Next morning, when I used the toilet without underwear, housekeeper suddenly opened the door! I shouted "Non!!" , and we have catched the eyes each others. But he didn't apologized me at all, and closed and opened it again immediately !! After the toilet, I complained him outside of the room, he talked back to me " you have not hang the card "don't disturb". Of course there was not such card in our room.Of course if there had been existed, I did so!! Front stuffs are normal kindly, bud housekeeper was tooooo bad. We had so sorry stay.
