The hotel is very good and extremely well located. The room is spacious, the bathroom is excellent, and the breakfast is well served with a great variety of options. The reception staff are outstanding—always friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, it did not receive a 5-star rating due to an issue at check-in. We had reserved a room for three people with an extra bed, but initially we were placed in a room without it. The room was changed, however the main bed was not a king-size bed, but rather two single beds pushed together, which did not fully match what had been reserved.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! It's conveniently located, and the train station closest to the hotel is well connected to several lines, with many dining options in the area. Shopping is also just around the corner. If you plan to sign up for tours, the meeting points are just 2-minute walk from the hotel. The room is spacious with enough storage even for big luggage.
