Mercure Hotel Koeln West

Nice place! Hostess are very kind and room is tidy. The location is a bit far from the city centre but very close to highway so not too much traffic. Neighbored is good and quiet. Love the place =)

本来入住前是抱着应该还不错的心态的，因为以前住的mercure连锁的四星酒店都还不错，结果实际上连瓶装的沐浴露洗发水香皂都没有提供，甚至没有送水，一开始以为桌子上放的一瓶水是送的，结果打开才看到上面写着4.9欧？？？！！！感觉有点欺骗的嫌疑，大家住宿的时候一定要注意。言而总之，四星级酒店不送水真的是有点神奇。房间的床还不错，两张床都挺大的，被子也是一人一床。另外说说交通，Hbf过去要转一次车35分钟左右到吧，但是一到周日就gg了，酒店门口唯一的轻轨要1个小时一班，在风中凌乱等车的感觉谁体验谁知道，还是建议自驾的朋友们去住。另外就是koln交通费很贵来回一个人就8欧了，自由行还是建议在市内的酒店里住了。

對面有多家超市購物方便，但要注意週日都未營業。地點好離市區近。

這裡是商務旅館，整齊清潔很好，而且價錢合理，可惜很偏遠，如果有開車的人比較方便哦！近高速公路下。

The sauna only opens from 9am to 10pm. Basically, you cannot use the sauna if you are late for check-in or check out early. The room condition was also disappointing, since I saw stains on the table rests and waste beneath the towels. If you want to park inside the hotel, you must pay 15 euros, which is absurd, since the hotel is located outside the central area and there is nothing around it. If you want to use the sauna and a bathrobe, you must ask in advance, as there are only a limited number at reception and we cannot borrow one at 7pm.

The room was clean. The bathroom was very tiny and cramped.

Good price and friendly staff. Although, I was under the impression that car parking was included only to find out at the counter that it was €11 a day. Also, normally you get tea in rooms but not in this one. These negative points should not stop you to stay at this hotel, it is air-conditiined and very convenient and comfortable.

It was a bit further to the centre than expected, but the bus and tram stop were 5 mins away. The team were always helpful, and the service level was really good. Only disappointment was the air conditioning . The first couple of days were quite hot and the air con wasn’t cooling the room sufficiently. Breakfast buffet food was was excellent, with a good spread.

Dated property and falls short of other Mercure stays. Kind staff and the highlight was the cooled water fountain in the atrium. Breakfast lacked a bit of variety for vegetarian guests but otherwise was a lovely stay.

Great, was just a shame that the pool access was closed for the entire time we were staying

Ich habe eine Frage woher sind die 4 Sterne .Ich habe vor der Reise eine Nachricht an Hotel geschickt, bis jetzt keine Antwort bekommen , solche Aufmerksamkeit für seine Gäste finde ich schade und nicht normal . Badewanne mit den Dusche kombiniert finde ich sehr schlecht , besonders für mrine Tochter war es schwierig, weil sie mobilität Probleme hat es ist nicht geeignet für Leute mit Behinderung . Schlaf qualität war na ja , Kopfkissen nicht bequem . Wir habe sofort in ersten Tag ein Tisch reserviert . Leider waren sehr enttäuscht , erstens es ist so ausgesehen, dass sie haben uns vergessen , es hat 1 Stunde gedauert nach dem wir fertig mit dem essen waren , aber keiner ist bei uns gekommen , ich musste selbst aufstehen und nach Dessertkarte fragen , da war aber leider nicht alles verfügbar, obwohl Speisekarte ust sehr klein und eher ist es Fastfood und nicht ein Restaurant in einem 4 Sternehotel . Keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer, es gibt nur einen Kühlschrank und Snacks an der Rezeption.. Und das Frühstücksbüffet ist ok . . Für den Preis und angeblichen 4 Sternen hätte ich mehr erwartet. Parkplatzkosten pro Tag 11€ auch viel zu teuer ,da man schön im Industriegebiet dort ist

Ein super Hotel mit ganz tollem herzlichen Personal. Wir können es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Godt værelse som var rent og pænt. God service fra personalet. Vi kom sent og kørte tidligt så vi benyttede ikke hotellets faciliteter.

The room was okay, the beds was comfortable, but the pillows was not very good. Breakfast was okay variety, but coffee took forever, with a long queue. Restaurant was okay, but expensive. It's a nice addition they had parking on the spot.
