Gut für in den Europa Park.

Très bon séjour. Le personnel a été incroyable avec nous avec un accueil très chaleureux. Petit bémol deux lampes de notre chambre ne fonctionnaient pas.

Great place to stay with the most friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is a great place to hang out and grab a few drinks and play some games. From the second I got there they were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and a great size. The bathroom included soap, shampoo and conditioner which was a bonus. I was able to utilize their gym and they have a great tablet to provide you with a workout of your choosing which was very helpful! They also have a parking garage ($10 per night) that connects to the lobby. Definitely walkable to Rulantica and Europa park since it's in the middle of both parks. It was about a 15-20 min walk to Europa Park through the town and a 15 minute walk to Rulantica. We felt extremely safe walking there even at night time as there are a TON of restaurants between the walk and near the hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Praktisch ohne viel Schickschnack 😀

Die Zimmer sind typisch. Moxy halt. Uns gefällt es. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab deutlich mehr Auswahl als in anderen Hotels der Kette. Das Personal war super freundlich und lässig. Ein rundum entspannter Aufenthalt.

After 12 hours of driving, arrived to be checked into a dirty, used room. Okay. The staff checked us into another room after being told. Then this horrible stay started. The rooms are not sound proofed at all. There are metal stairs in the middle of the hotel and there is so much noise when people go up and down 24/7. You can hear your upstairs neighbors run around and do they run around constantly as the kids cry, shout and jump even late at night. You can hear all of this constantly. The parking is imposed by this hotel. Oh, you can park on streetside but no, no you cannot. Every other hotel has streetside parking but moxy’s parking is hidden - go around the closed parking to access it even though the front desk staff will not disclose it to you and charge you 10 euros for each day without hesitation. We stayed 6 nights and the person who checked us in did not hesitate to charge for the entire stay right as I paid. Bad staff. This is not a hotel but a motel with a shiny makeover. The room does not have a kettle, a safe, even a closet for clothes. It does have dirty and disgusting curtains! A small opening for a window which the cleaning crew left open so the room has bugs on your return. The only positive I can say is that the hotel is very close to lidl/edeka and there is a free, city wide shuttle to the parks in front of that lidl. Oh and it probably doesn’t have bed bugs, I hope. We are back and I’m so happy to be back home after this horrid stay.

Gut erreichbar - gute „zu Fuss Distanz“ zum Europapark

The hotel was decent overall and pretty close to Europa Park, which was a plus. The staff was friendly and welcoming the entire stay. I’ve stayed at Moxie hotels all over, and this one felt like the smallest one so far. The room, especially the bathroom, was a bit tight, but still cute and did the job. One thing I really appreciated was the English TV channels — most Moxies I’ve stayed at in Europe don’t offer that, so that was a nice surprise. The only thing I didn’t like was the layout of the buildings. If you’re traveling with others, it can be inconvenient since rooms can be in completely different buildings, and you have to go outside to get to each other. It’s just a bit of a weird setup. Overall, still a solid Moxie stay.

Great base for Europapark. 15-20 minute walk to the park, Edeka and Lidl + many restaurants in walking distance. Woman at reception was a bit grumpy when we asked to check in early and at check out.

Great location for Europa Park and Rulantica waterpark. 2 supermarkets just around the corner and plenty of places to eat in the town. Room perfect, staff very helpful, lovely touch with a free drink for each of the guests too!

Hotel, Zimmer, Frühstück etc. alles wie immer, absolut okay. Die Parksituation hat sich geändert. Man konnte immer am Abreisetag bis zur Heimfahrt das Auto stehen lassen. Nun kann man nicht mehr außen parken, sondern nur in der Tiefgarage und bei der Ausfahrt war das Ticket nicht mehr gültig. Vlt haben zu viele Nicht-Hotelgäste dort geparkt, dann kann ich das nachvollziehen, aber als Hotelgast sollte man stehen bleiben dürfen.

Hôtel moderne et belle décoration. Personnel sympa Chambre !, très propre Salle de bain un peu petite. Bon petit déjeuner. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plu de choix au niveau repas du soir ou au niveau des snacks.

Gute Lage für uns zum Europa Park/Rulantika. Alles gute Leute dort. Hilfsbereit und gut aufgestellt. Zimmer super. Frühstück perfekt. Definitiv eine Empfehlung. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) würden keine Sekunde zögern und wieder da zu buchen.

Megatolles Hotel – modern, stylisch und sehr sauber. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Bar mit kleinem, aber feinem Speisenangebot. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht getestet, da mir der Preis von 17 € persönlich etwas zu hoch war.
