Great place to stay in Rust

Café da manhã básico mas atende bem, poderia melhorar um pouco a academia e oferecer água na academia. Mas o hotel é bem organizado, limpo, confortável, banheiro bom. N tem guarda roupa mas acho isso bobagem. Falta uma chaleira no quarto, devia ser oferecido. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa, fácil acesso ao parque. Bons restaurantes ao redor. Super recomendo

Hôtel très confortable , moderne et bien placé , restaurants et grande surface à proximité , arrêt de bus à 100m , Europapark à 15 minutes de marche , literie très confortable et chambres très silencieuses , personnel très compétent et sympathique ! Je recommande vraiment, tout était parfait !

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and good air con. Very useful hotel to visit Europa Park.

Really friendly staff and a great location. Everything very clean however it was not advertised clearly/at all that the rooms are not cleaned at all during your stay. Our shower gel ran out mid stay and we asked the desk for extra however this was never delivered. We also found that the industrial decor was smart but lacked warmth and coziness, it made it feel less like a relaxing haven and more like a cold concrete warehouse. However there is a Lidl 3 minutes walk away, Europa Park is a 15 minute walk and Rulantica is about 20 minute walk from the hotel. We found this to be really useful. The room also lacks basic amenities like a kettle, iron, fridge etc. It’s far cheaper than staying at a Europa Park hotel, however for the price of the rooms at Moxy we expected a little more.

The establishment is immaculately maintained and contemporary, with plush bedding that ensures a restful experience. We wholeheartedly recommend booking this property again without hesitation.

Fabulous hotel. Room, bathroom and communal areas all spotless and comfortable...only recommendation would be to provide more hooks or storage in the room, but this was only a very minor issue for us! Room is cleaned and towels replenished only at your request. This was communicated very clearly upon our arrival and not an issue for us at all. There is always someone on Reception. Lobby and chill out areas wonderfully quirky. I cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel during our stay but drink choice was great. Bar is open until very late. The free complementary drink for each guest was a nice touch too. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Request for extra pillows was not a problem at all. Hotel is perfectly located to both Europa-Park and Rulantica...a pleasant walk through the pretty town of Rust. Free themed lockers available. Two supermarkets, Lidl and Edeka serving fresh pastries, salad etc on your doorstep. Great to access if you want to keep your holiday to a tighter budget. Would we stay here again...absolutely!!!

Great hotel for staying at Europa Park! Close to the parks and easy to get to. They forgot to make up our room after requesting it, however, this was sorted quickly.

Staff was very happy, the rooms were like always very clean. I have stayed in this hotel for about 5 times already, and can’t wait for the next time I visit them again.
