Hotel staffs are very nice and always serve us with pleasure, especially Deborah at the Front desk. Appreciate to have such a happy stay in business trip

The beds were, in my opinion, very hard, and I think the parking is overpriced. Be aware that the coffee machine in the room is only available in the upgraded rooms. This might also be a bit below the standard for a hotel of this class and price. However, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel’s restaurant was also very good.

Davvero un bellissimo Hotel, oltre ad avere una buonissima colazione variegata, personale un po’ freddo. Parcheggio un po’ caro intorno, però difficile da trovare parcheggio. Non volevano tutti i giorni la stanza.

I stay regularly at NH, once a week. Cleaning is getting worse. The room smelled bad and there were hairs in the sink and shower.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. We did not take advantage of their breakfast, but it looked very good. We also chose to park on the street, due to their limited parking lot. But the location was just right for us, and the hotel was new and clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. We enjoyed the Mannheim-themed decor and the free WiFi and TV. We would deginitely stay here again.

Loved everything. The breakfast was outstanding- so much variety. Since we had to check out at 6:00 AM on a Saturday, the concierge offered us a lunch packet to go. The chef surprised us with a yummy selection which we happily ate on the train to Paris. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.

Very new large hotel with professional but mostly friendly staff, was travelling by bike and the hotel offered an excellent bike store. Breakfast was fantastic and started at 7.00 even in a Sunday. Air con most efficient and silent have ever come across, comfy beds slept really well. Didn’t like Manheim but did like the hotel. Need to up their game on the envirmental side if things e.g bins that promote recycling of cintents
