Great location and very clean rooms.

The hotel building is modern and spacious. Room was comfortable, nicely equipped and tidy. Nice modern bathroom. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Very nice breakfast buffet. They offer also customized dishes like omelets etc. Spacious parking outside. One drawback - very expensive vending machine.

All was excellent except for the room temperature which was warm and the thermostat was fixed.

Great hotel

The staff were, room and facilities were great.

The location provides good access to Mannheim's extensive transit system. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the complimentary midday pastries and coffee is a really nice touch. The bar staff were great and that was good place to unwind after a busy day. The biggest let down and this is more of a personal thing is the mattress and pillows. The mattress is very hard and firm and the pillows were poor quality so adjusting to a -ve 6 hour time change sleeping on an uncomfortable bed made the adjustment tough. people are very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is contrmporary with walk in overhead shower . Best bathroom so far . Breakfast is goid with varierty .

Nothing impressive about the hotel. The room was basic, ok restaurant, ok service and reception.

Everything was excellent. Only the parking situation was awful.

Really nice hotel, though it seems to be located in an area undergoing development.

Spacious room

Very friendly staff, especially in the kitchen. When they didn’t have what I looked for at the breakfast the nice lady went and made it in the kitchen for me. Even if I said I didn’t need it, what a service!

We had a fabulous time here. The staff are very attentive, we had a family room which was nice and big. You can order amenities online and they turned up in record time. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely time. The Luisa park is close by which is great with kids and it's anneasy walk to the centre. Everything was perfect :)

Generelt var opholdet fint! Morgen buffeten var super lækker! Til gengæld fik jeg et håndklæde, som jeg nok havde bedt om at få skiftet, hvis ikke jeg først opdagede det, da jeg kom ud fra badet. Se vedhæftede billede
