The hotel building is modern and spacious. Room was comfortable, nicely equipped and tidy. Nice modern bathroom.
The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service.
Very nice breakfast buffet. They offer also customized dishes like omelets etc.
Spacious parking outside.
One drawback - very expensive vending machine.

people are very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is contrmporary with walk in overhead shower . Best bathroom so far . Breakfast is goid with varierty .

The location provides good access to Mannheim's extensive transit system. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the complimentary midday pastries and coffee is a really nice touch. The bar staff were great and that was good place to unwind after a busy day. The biggest let down and this is more of a personal thing is the mattress and pillows. The mattress is very hard and firm and the pillows were poor quality so adjusting to a -ve 6 hour time change sleeping on an uncomfortable bed made the adjustment tough. Very friendly staff, especially in the kitchen. When they didn’t have what I looked for at the breakfast the nice lady went and made it in the kitchen for me. Even if I said I didn’t need it, what a service!

We had a fabulous time here. The staff are very attentive, we had a family room which was nice and big. You can order amenities online and they turned up in record time. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely time. The Luisa park is close by which is great with kids and it's anneasy walk to the centre. Everything was perfect :)
