Hotel staffs are very nice and always serve us with pleasure, especially Deborah at the Front desk. Appreciate to have such a happy stay in business trip

Gutes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück. Wenn man allerdings eine Stunde vor offiziellem Checkin mit Kind ankommt, und das Zimmer schon fertig ist, dann kann man - Policy hin oder her - dem Gast das Zimmer einfach geben, ohne einen Aufschlag von 20 Euro zu verlangen. Das wäre menschlich, ohne zuviel Fokus auf das Business.

A few staff were rude when problems were addressed as if it were the guests fault. Coffee in 3 places not working and when I asked if I can use the one working the waiter got furious with me because he though I was coming in for breakfast after 10 am. God forbid I ask a question. Parking is terrible. Lot is always full. $22 a day to park which is absurd for guests. Other 4 and 5 star hotels comp or charge half. Current hotel in Berlin I am at is 4 to 5 star and parking is free. Breakfast is ok. Nothing speacial. Scrambled eggs, bread, beans and sausage. Some deli meats.

Great location close to tram stop. Very modern and clean.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Delightfull shower and soap. The staff is the best Ive ever experienced. They helped me with everything and more. Also delicious breakfast.

We were quoted a wrong price for the breakfast at check in. We were quoted 18 Euros and charged 22. when I told the clerk at checkout he just said: we, the price is 22 and the other person made a mistake. He didn’t apologize or correct the invoice. In addition the rooms are only cleaned every 4 days. Our room faced the parking lot and every night guest were standing there, talking loudly and smoking. We could not open our window because of the smoke. Overall a rather disappointing experience.

Zimmer leider nicht sauber. Leider waren in der Toilette und Dusche noch alte Haare. Die Bettwäsche hatte ebenfalls Löcher

Sauberes Zimmer Allerdings war das Personal nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit Die versprochenen Freigetränke für den Fall das man keine Zimmerreinigung benötigt sind bis heute nicht angekommen … Sonst alles wirklich gut

Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem ersten Zimmer. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat das umgehend gelöst. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

La pulizia Della Kamera ogni 4 giorni oppure Lo devi dire extra come faccio se non Lo diconp e poi il parcheggio 22€ Al giorno. Il letzo dopo averlo detto l,Anno fatto Ma incredibile Ho anche Una Foto.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, the bath was perfect after a long drive.
