Hotel staffs are very nice and always serve us with pleasure, especially Deborah at the Front desk. Appreciate to have such a happy stay in business trip

Clean room. Comfy bed. Delightfull shower and soap. The staff is the best Ive ever experienced. They helped me with everything and more. Also delicious breakfast.

We were quoted a wrong price for the breakfast at check in. We were quoted 18 Euros and charged 22. when I told the clerk at checkout he just said: we, the price is 22 and the other person made a mistake. He didn’t apologize or correct the invoice. In addition the rooms are only cleaned every 4 days. Our room faced the parking lot and every night guest were standing there, talking loudly and smoking. We could not open our window because of the smoke. Overall a rather disappointing experience.

Zimmer leider nicht sauber. Leider waren in der Toilette und Dusche noch alte Haare. Die Bettwäsche hatte ebenfalls Löcher

Sauberes Zimmer Allerdings war das Personal nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit Die versprochenen Freigetränke für den Fall das man keine Zimmerreinigung benötigt sind bis heute nicht angekommen … Sonst alles wirklich gut

Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem ersten Zimmer. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat das umgehend gelöst. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, the bath was perfect after a long drive.

Excellent! The room was exactly the way it was advertised. Absolutely amazing. The breakfast was wonderful, beautifully presented and the taste was equally as great.

Das war leider ein kompletter Reinfall. Ich kam gegen 22:30 Uhr abends im Hotel an, erfuhr dann bei meiner Ankunft man sei überbucht und hätte kein Zimmer. Die möglichen Alternativen waren auch rar und der Ratschlag mich schnell nach einem anderen Hotel umzusehen spricht Bände. Ich war, wie ich erfuhr, nicht der einzige Kunde. Das ist nur eine Spekulation und wurde von einem anderen Hotel mitgeteilt: Das Überbuchen sei eine Strategie damit man in Kongresszeiten keinen Leerstand hat, das Reputationsrisiko nehme man hin... Selbst wenn es eine nicht beabsichtigte Überbuchung war, wäre eins hilfreich gewesen. Eine Nachricht, ein Anruf im Laufe des Tages, damit man frühzeitig alternativen planen kann. So wird es leider keinen weiteren Besuch in dem Haus geben.

Wir waren dort für ein Konzert und die Lage ist einfach top. Check in war super easy und Personal super freundlich. Zimmer modern, sauber und ruhig. Am meisten hat uns das hervorragende Frühstück beeindruckt.

The beds were, in my opinion, very hard, and I think the parking is overpriced. Be aware that the coffee machine in the room is only available in the upgraded rooms. This might also be a bit below the standard for a hotel of this class and price. However, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel’s restaurant was also very good.
