Pullman Stuttgart Fontana

酒店说得过去，设施旧了点，没有照片上看的漂亮。但管理不错，员工态度也好，西餐厅很美，菜肴也味美。就是位置离开所有的景点都很远，对旅游的人来说很不方便。

Great staff, excellent location and breakfast.

Ich war nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Kaltes Wasser am Empfang war sehr erfrischend. Das Kingsize Bett war sehr bequem. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit ein Memory Kissen zu benutzen. Leider war nur ein Aufzug im Betrieb. Es hat entsprechend zu langen Wartezeiten geführt. Die Treppe war Anfang Mai 2026 gesperrt und die einzige Ausweichmöglichkeit war über die Notfall-Treppe von außen. Den Spa-/Fitnessbereich habe ich nicht gebraucht. Sehr nah an die S-/ und Bahnstation, was sehr praktisch war.

All 3 elevators were out of service and our room was on the 8th floor. We were traveling with our young child and heavy luggage so this was obviously very challenging. I can’t imagine how this could have worked for guests with disabilities. The hotel did not offer any apologies or make any good gestures to make up for this.

Wellness genial, wenn wenig Gäste da sind.

Otelde check in noktasinda baslayip,cikis yapacagimiz tarihe kadar butun ihtiyaclarimizi cok hizli cozduler. Otelin istasyona cok yakin ve ulasim rahat. Odalar gayet genis ve temizdi. Ozellikle Eren bey'e cok tesekkur etmek istiyorum. Her konuda inanilmaz destek oldu. Bir daha ziyaret etme firsatim olursa Eren bey'in etkisi yuksektir. Cok tesekkurler.

Spa ok

There were so many inconveniences that made the stay not worth it. The elevators were broken for 90% of my stay and I had to have my room changed when I arrived to avoid that conflict. Staff were not as welcoming and I was met with more resistance than anticipated on normal asks or processes. Food was subpar and couldn’t even get room service because my phone was not working. When reaching to front desk in person to get the matter taken care of, nothing was done. I had food that I asked to be taken by housekeeping and it was there for a day while I was away and when I returned I had to place the tray out side to get it removed.

Broken elevators, very poor internet, and rude front desk. Hightlight of the stay was the bar staff.

All elevators were not working and had to walk to the 10th floor by stairs using the fire escape for several days. No urgency to resolve the issue. I've stayed at this hotel for years and they ALWAYS have elevator issues. Wifi is horrible and useless for basic work tasks. Used to live this hotel, but I'm looking for a new location for future stays.

This will be the last time I stay at the pullman. 2 elevators were broken upon our arrival, then the 3rd broke. We had to climb 11 flights of stairs for 3 days. The hotel staff gave 0 information nor did they try to help. Then the bar closed because the register broke. The final straw is what they have for wifi. Terrible barely works half the time when I could connect it was slow. I have been staying at this hotel 4x a year for 8 years...this was the last. This was not the first time I have had elevator and internet issues, just the worst! Definitely not a 4 star resort.

Lifts! They don't work on multiple occasions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the booking regarding breakfast, They resolved it during checkin, but came up 2 more times during my stay. Got resolved, unfortunate it kept occurring.

Room was clean

Zimmer war gut, pool ok Sauna etwas in die Jahre gekommen, im Wellnesbereich allerdings viel zu voll mit Menschen, die nicht wissen wie man sich hier verhält.

Wir wollten an Silvester 3 Zimmer auf einen Stockwerk haben was wir auch schon im September gebucht haben. Nicht möglich somit mussten wir uns in der Lobby treffen, da man mit der Karte nur auf seinen Stock fahren kann. Zimmer waren um 15 Uhr nicht fertig. An Neujahr musste man warten bis man zum frühstück kann oder in der lobby essen. Bademäntel waren keine auf dem Zimmer nach anruf bei Housekepping und Rezeption haben die gesagt es dauert ein wenig. 2 Stunden später nochmals angerufen dann war die Antwort. Sie haben keine mehr.

Food: 5/5 Room: 5/5 Check-In: 5/5 Spa: 2/5 - The website did not advertise that the Spa 18+ area was "no clothing only" area. My wife could not enjoy the ameneties because it is against her comfort level. Pool: 1/5 - The pool was the biggest disappointment. It was barely above freezing. My family couldn't stay in it for longer than 3 minutes. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Multiple guests complained about the pool temperature. Overall stay: We won't be returning to the hotel. We came for the Spa area and pool that were advertised. Without those, the hotel was a waste of time and money.
