SANA 柏林酒店

I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.

Alt for langsom betjæning i baren både fredag og lørdag. Indcheckning var kritisabel, fik først kun et værelse til tre voksne, selvom vi havde bokket to, manglede efterfølgende vautjer til bar.

Morgenmad er en decideret katastrofe- lav kvalitet og elendig indretning. Alt i under kapacitet.

Great location, quiet part of the city but 100mtrs or so from the U Bahn taking you into the heart. Cleanliness exemplary, staff efficient and courteous. Breakfast excellent, loads of choice and pleasant surroundings. Room was perfectly functional though maybe a little small. All round an excellent short break.

Chambre plutôt spacieuse, literie ferme mais très confortable. TV plutôt petite, pas de service de streaming intégré. Le bémol de la chambre, à mon goût, c'est la paroi vitrée transparente entre l'espace nuit et l'espace WC/salle de bains. Pour l'intimité, c'est pas top. Joli certes, mais en pratique pas terrible... Il y a un room service mais ils n'en font aucune publicité, aucun menu accessible ni en chambre, ni sur la tv. J'ai fait un petit-déjeuenr en room service, pas évident de passer commande, on ne sait même pas où appeler ni les choix possibles. Livraison incomplète en chambre. Globalement pour le prix plutôt raisonnable, le standing est bon, il y a de plus un métro pas très loin.

Great location - just a short 10 minute walk to the Ku'Damm. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed after our luggage was lost/delayed by the airline. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The room was clean and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. I had the best few nights of sleep there. The bathrooms are modern and big, with a walk-in shower in one and a deep tub in the other. The kitchen has everything you need - fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hob & oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. Loads of wardrobes and storage space. It really felt like a home away from home. The guys working in the hotel bar were great. We accidentally spilled a full drink and it was no trouble for them to make us a new one and clean up the mess. Honestly, so polite and we all had a laugh about it. Though we never had a chance to use them, we took a peek and the swimming pool and the fitness room were very nice! Very modern with excellent equipment. Also, it is easy to jump on the U-Bahn just across from the hotel. We were going to a concert at the Uber Arena and it was around a 25 minute train ride directly from the hotel. If we return to Berlin, we would happily stay at Sana again. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!
