Bellboy 和服務生的態度都非常不好，他們聽見你叫他仍然會沒有反應。另外，我們的房間很像住在工人房。原因是道路太迂迴，不停往下層走，而我們的樓層是只有我們一個單位，而且往房間的通道大門是很像防煙門，完全離開正常的走廊房間。感覺非常不好

謝謝飯店提供一支氣泡白酒，讓我們在蜜月旅行中有個驚喜～ 另外房內沒有電熱水壺，經過詢問，飯店也提供給我們，電熱水壺保養清理的十分乾淨 房間暖氣很溫暖，床也非常舒適，一切設備環境都很好

酒店位于TANUUS山脚下KRONBERG小镇，坐落在一个高尔夫球场内，风景一流。酒店是1889年的古堡该见得，有62间维多利亚和普鲁士风格的房间，前台说每间都不同，但是没办法间间去尝试呀，外表充满历史的沧桑感，内部装修和外表相呼应，大堂和楼道里面摆了不少古董家具和装饰品，但是房间内部装修较时尚，面积也挺大。免费WIFI，MINIBAR也免费。酒店提供去往小镇KRONBERG一家SPA浴场的免费交通，去往KRONBERG的S-BANN也是免费的，大约2公里。酒店是THE SMALL LUXRY HOTEL的成员，员工都比较有礼貌，因为吸烟的要求，酒店特意给了带烟台的房间，并细心的给放了烟灰缸。酒店餐厅面积不大，需要提前预订，所以晚餐就在酒吧简单的吃了一下。据说早餐不错，因为早班飞机没吃到，只能下次了。建议大家夏天去，肯定比冬天的景致要好。总之不错的体验，希望能再次入住。

very unique schelloshotel in Germany, this hotel is a museum with a beautiful 18 holes golf course, take 20 minutes only by car from both Frankfurt airport and the city center. Very nice people in the castle offer beautiful and comfortable room, we definite will come back again.

Schlosshotel Kronberg 有優美的環境，高球場地，用心栽種的植物，參天巨樹，看不完的古董。如果你不介意錢銀花費，早午晚餐都值得一試！就是對浴缸浴屏很不滿意，水灑滿一地，slippery..............

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und der Service perfekt. Das Dinner am Abend köstlich.Auch das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Das Ambiente im gesamten Schloß war traumhaft. Dies war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Schloßhotel Kronberg.

My room was stunning, beautifully furnished with a blend of historic charm and modern comfort, and the grounds were an absolute dream to explore. Breakfast and dining were a highlight — delicious, beautifully presented, and served in unforgettable surroundings. Whether relaxing in the gardens, enjoying a quiet moment in the library, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, the entire experience felt luxurious and serene. Kronberg Schlosshotel is more than a hotel — it’s an experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return. An easy five stars! 🌟

Hotel is just as beautiful as it was 50 years ago! Beds are hard and hot water was a little difficult to keep hot. The bar menu and sitting fireside in the lobby are better options than the formal restaurant (closed Mondays). Breakfast is also much better than the formal restaurant. Perfect for golfers or anyone who wants the feeling of being a guest at someone's home with old world charm. Pet friendly as well.

One of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. And the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.

I would like to share a situation that made my family a bit uncomfortable during breakfast . There were several guests speaking and taking photos, but only our table was approached by a staff member named Tiara and asked to lower our voices. Our child was not louder than other tables, so the situation felt somewhat inconsistent. Also, whenever we take photos, we always blur or mosaic the faces of other guests without exception to respect their privacy. Because of this, the interaction felt unexpected, especially since we have never experienced anything similar at other hotels. We would appreciate it if you could kindly look into this matter and ensure that all guests are treated consistently and respectfully.

I had the kind of experience here that you remember for years. My room was spacious and elegant, with just the right blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Breakfast was outstanding, served in a dining hall that made me feel like royalty. If you’re looking for something more memorable than a typical hotel, this place delivers. Peaceful, atmospheric, and absolutely magical!! Already planning my trip back!

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal vid incheckningen och under hela vistelsen. Och enkelt att parkera bilen utanför entrén. Bra att känna till är att detta även är ett populärt besöksmål för boende i området för tårta, kaffe eller en cocktail vid den stora brasan i entrén. Detta är den enda serveringen som är öppen under eftermiddagen, så du kan behöva beställa room service istället - om det är fullt i entrén. Hotellets bar med fler sittplatser öppnar först på kvällen.

This historic palace of empress Victoria is beyond exceptional. The grounds were pristine with trees from all over the world. The palace is full of oil paintings, stained glass and exquisitely carved furniture. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds, a two person bathtub and music in the bathroom. The staff were so kind... they recognized it was my birthday based on my passport and sent a fruit tray and wine to my room. The restaurant and cocktail lounge were all
