It’s just a room, don’t expect too much. A supermarket is below the hotel, quite convenient. Parking is not free, 9 euro per night.

酒店位置非常好！附近就是市中心，游客如织，餐厅扎堆，博物馆350米，海边450米，总体不错。酒店就是传统宜必思，干净整洁，浴室干湿分离，房间带阳台，俩单人床拼在一起，床垫舒服，空调没有声音。美中不足的是没有牙具和饮用水，拖鞋薄如蝉翼。早餐也还不错，除了常规的西餐肉肠，还有烤三文鱼，煎的茄子辣椒西葫芦等菜，吃起来有中餐的感觉，总体感觉不错。伊拉克利翁有麦当劳和星巴克，比干尼亚和雷西姆诺配套多些，但卫生不如其他地方。最干净的是雷西姆诺。

Our stay in Ibis was good while entered the room what a spacious room , bathroom and balcony. We found the bed and pillow were comfortable too. All you can eat breakfast have a wide selection of food ,to my surprise the first day I got preserved herring and the other day it was smoked salmon. The location was great ,a walking distance within 10 minutes to the port of Heraklion, the KTEA bus terminal that travel to the Palace Knossos and other cities like Chania and Rethymno. Also it was reachable to the Venetian Fort and those shopping area. Lastly we were happy that a supermarket found nearby too.

Hotel has a great location. It’s in the heart of old town. The instructions on how to find it and where to park are very poor. They basically need to say go to the central Parkade and we are up the escalator from there. Instead, you get a bunch of explanation about how much it cost for parking which isn’t helpful. But the largest deterrent for me was that we checked in a little later on a day when it was 40°C in the room was stifling. You can only turn the air-conditioning down to 20. If you turn it down more, it doesn’t work and shut down the system. Clearly, this is about saving money rather than taking care of guests and their needs. Despite having the air-conditioning on for two hours, it was still over 23° in the room. It was late at night and they said I could move to another room. I was exhausted and this wasn’t going to happen. What made more sense was to cool the room before your guest arrive. I would stay at this hotel again if the temperature was moderate, and now that I know where to go to get into the hotel. If it’s going to be a hot summer day find somewhere better to stay where you can actually get some sleep.

Very central and parking available

Hotel was in a great location. Service at front desk friendly and efficient. Room was a good size and very modern. Definitely a great choice when visiting Heraklion.

Room is big convenient with kid place and area is amazing if you rent a car and want to stay in heraklion highly recommended Thanks for free drinks Breakfast is also good with variable choices.

good location, we were upgraded to a suite, huge but not functional (no hooks to hang towel or clothes in the shower area, no door between bedroom & bathroom) decent breakfast

Hotel was very accommodating. Very central to both the port and the city center. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The AC was a little touch and go, but managed.
