Great location, great staff, give a shout out to John at Reception and good facilities, just wish there was a coffee machine in the room

We had a lovely stay here and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet and view from the rooftop restaurant were great and it was very easy to get to points of interest and transport options. Our only comment would be that the hotel sells itself as having a pool, but the pool and access to the surrounding terrace are only available seasonally! Access to both starts in May so if this is part of your reason to book this hotel, double check it will actually be available!

Short walk to the acropolis and the acropolis museum. Lovely views from the dining room. Tour company (key tours) is just next door which was very convenient for day tours.

This is a lovely hotel right in the centre of Athens. The decor is very traditional full of marble and wood you would expect to see in a historical Greek hotel. The facilities were ok. The breakfast was a bit ropey towards the end of the sitting, being cold and little left. The to in the room was from the 1990’s with little to no signal.

Everything was with no problem but was incovenient without kettle not being able to have hot drinks.

Property was conveniently located near many attractions including the Acropolis. Property was nice and neat but the room was a little dated.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location in Plaka. Excellent staff.

Well situated to access the Acropolis complex, walking distance to Parliament, and Agora. Splendid view from the rooftop restaurant.

Great staff, big room, nice hotel and pool

The location of this hotel is exceptional. The rooftop terrace has direct view to the Temple of Zeus and the Acropolis. It is truly stunning and surreal to be so close to history. Our booking included the breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace which was the absolutely highlight of this hot. We booked the Executive Room but it was nothing special, quite basic to be honest. Our balcony view was towards the pool and we got a pretty clear view of the hotel property, it could use some renovations. However, with all that being said, the location of the hotel is quite central and in a safe area. I’d say it would be worth it staying here for 2 nights while you explore the museums and ancient sites.

The property is first class. A little dated but still very nice and clean

The location is fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere and felt safe doing so. Front desk staff and wait staff at breakfast were not warm or friendly. At breakfast I was even berated by a waiter, actually yelled at in front of other people for sitting at a table. Never in my life have I had that happen. I was shocked. All of the bellhops were pleasant, helpful and gave good directions.

Excellent hotel with very serviceable personnel. Very close to main attractions.

Pros: Location- easy walk to The Acropolis, Roof Top bar- fantastic views and drinks. Nice lobby. Nice bellmen. Cons: Rooms old and very outdated, musty smell, front desk staff rude at times, did not feel welcome. Stay there for the location but know that it's not a luxury hotel and very outdated. Arrived off cruise ship at 9:30 and made to wait to get room until 3:00. Other people were checking in a getting rooms. Not sure if it was because I booked using Expedia and not directly with the hotel. Front desk kept saying my room was not ready but other rooms were available for other reservations.
