訂酒店前看到網上的評論，有點擔心酒店會不會太舊，服務員服務質素會否不好。入住後發覺酒店比評論所指好多了。部份硬件感覺有點舊，但絕對可以舒適地入住。前台的服務亦不錯。 最好的地方仍然是其位置，可以步行十五分鐘內前往大部份主要景點，附近亦有不少好餐廳。

Excellant

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and overall the hotel was pleasant. However, one issue stood out and significantly affected my impression. The minibar refrigerator was switched off when I arrived. Because it had been closed without cooling, there was a noticeable musty smell inside, which also affected the glasses stored nearby. This is not what I expect from a five-star hotel. Even more disappointing was the minibar pricing. A small plastic bottle of water, which costs around €0.20 in the nearby supermarket, was priced at €4. Charging premium prices is one thing, but serving warm water from an unused minibar in a plastic bottle at that price is difficult to justify. At most quality hotels, guests are welcomed with at least one or two complimentary bottles of water. It is a small gesture that makes a big difference. This is the strongest criticism I have. Everything else was fine, but I believe the hotel should improve this aspect to better reflect the standards expected of a five-star property.

Room and hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location to walk to Plaka, Acropolis and restaurants. Pool was very nice.

Lovely room overlooking the ruins of the Temple of Jupiter. Gorgeous rooftop dining with views of the Acropolis. Very convenient location to easily enjoy the National Garden, the Plaka neighborhood (full of shops and restaurants), and to hop on the tram to get to the beaches in under half an hour. Highly recommend.

Amazing room, spacious, felt luxurious. Font deak is available 24/7. Very nice rooftop restaurant. Very convenient walk to acropolis and plaka.

Place was awesome and walking distance to all attractions.

Property was clean and staff was efficient and friendly. Rooms need updated. Number of electrical outlets are not sufficient for today’s needs.

Hotel very close to attractions easy walking. Busy hotel with tour groups. Rooms were clean but very old looking. Would stay again.

Breakfast is on the roof top with a view to Aceropolis. Food was good, unfortunately only filter coffee, which is for 5 star hotel unacceptable. Bar and staff amazing

Food and pool cocktails felt like convenience store, service not good, but pool was nice.

The hotel was beautiful. The downsides were the one elevator to get to the breakfast area. That took quite some time with such a large hotel. No coffee in the room and to get room service you had to pay five euros extra for a five euro coffee.

Nice hotel, great location. Rooftop bar and pool were both excellent!

We absolutely loved it there. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we loved the view of the Acropolis! The only problem we had was with our room key. The battery in the door had apparently gone bad and it took a while to figure out why our card key wasn’t working.

The property was clean and very convenient to walk to all things you’d want to see. We just had some problems with our bathroom and if we were staying longer than one night, we would’ve had it fixed. Otherwise, it was great!

Rooms need a little updating, such as new rugs.

Excellent location for seeing major sights of Athens. Common areas of Hotel are in great shape, rooms and hallways need refreshing. Only one outlet in room for your use, hair dryer attached to bathroom wall not near the mirror and very weak, no coffee or kettle in room, shower is a handheld faucet in the tub with no barrier so bathroom gets pretty wet if you try to shower. No wash cloth, but thats pretty common in EU. Breakfast buffet is huge.
