Holiday Inn Resort BATAM, an IHG Hotel

我去這個酒店超過20年很舒服和合理價錢唯一改變就係Spa以前好乾淨好靚，現在有點污糟和舊因為改變咗管理層一樣都係好舒服不過夠了很多管理有點污糟。

Nice hotel, good service, have a nice swimming pool, children care staff very nice , But nothings near by the hotel.

The hotel has various facilities, spas, 4 restaurants, and a decent size of swimming pool, which is great. The facilities such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, billiards, games etc. are free to use so I enjoyed so much using these facilities during my stay. However, the Thai and Japanese restaurants open only at night. Great if they can also open in lunch time. The location of the hotel is not very close to downtime, however it is very close to the Water Front ferry pier. Given the facilities and services, the hotel price is very reasonable.

The Hotel environment was excellent. The swimming pool was very good. The breadfast provided were very good and suitable for Assian peaple. The hotel provied free shuttle to the city centres and transport to the pier. This was an excellent and comfortable arrangement.However, the internal furniture of individual rooms were a bite old and need renovation.

除了地点比较偏，一切都很完美，但是酒店里面该有的都有，所以如果只是2天到3天的旅游的话，会是很理想的选择。

Hope that more shuttle bus to different point . More chair around the swimming pool .

去了就待在裡面就好了，去downtown不方便。而且記得船要搭到waterfront碼頭，不僅人比較少，也離飯店比較近。

環境幽美、服務一流、TEA TREE SPA更值得一試

除了地點沒這麼優~整體都很不錯~而且服務很週到...

A bit far from Batam ferry terminal but an overall great place to stay and relax

Very good option for staycation in Batam. The family room is very clean with direct access to swimming pools.

Property is quite old and facilities do not seem well taken care of. Given the location is far from centre of Batam, more focus should be paid in maintenance and cleanliness. Issues noted: 1. There was a dead cockroach in the room. 2. Water in the bathtub came out brown for the first 2-3 minutes on the first day before becoming clear. 3. No lifeguard was present at deep pool. Slide was not slippery. 4. Air hockey and the basketball machine not working in the arcade. 5. Thai restaurant double charged on the credit card. 6. Wifi does not have a password (I.e unsecured)

I was very disappointed with the room that we were given, it was 2nd floor and did not have a view of the swimming pool as advertised. There was smell of mold in the room.

Hotel staff provided excellent service, from check in, housekeeping, restaurant but the hotel facilities are old & dirty

가족여행으로 아주 좋았어요^^ 번화가에서는 좀 떨어져서 있지만 방도 넓고 직원들도 친절했습니다 다음에도 이용하고 싶어요

The hotel arranged for a pick-up from Sekupang ferry terminal. That is the only terminal that is provided with a pick-up service. The check-in was quick. I had a wonderful 150 mins spa treatment with Rani at Tea Tree Spa.
