PERATURAN UNTUK TAMU HOTEL 1. Persiapkan paspor atau kartu pengenal anda untuk verifikasi oleh pihak resepsionis. 2. Hotel berhak meminta deposit pada saat check in. 3. Hal – hal berikut ini tidak diperbolehkan untuk membawa ke lokasi hotel : Hewan, buah durian/lai/cempedak, peralatan listrik untuk keperluan memasak , stimulan, narkotika dan bubuk peledak, bahan kimia berbahaya dan senjata tanpa izin . Hotel berhak untuk segera menyita barang-barang tersebut jika ditemukan di kamar Hotel tanpa pemberitahuan kepada Anda. 4. Praktek prostitusi dan perdagangan manusia tidak diizinkan di hotel. 5. Tamu tidak diperbolehkan bertindak untuk menyinggung atau mengganggu tamu lain dan mengganggu ketertiban umum. 6. Hotel berhak untuk melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib untuk setiap penemuan narkotika, obat-obatan terlarang dan senjata api tanpa izin yang langsung ditemukan di kamar hotel tanpa pemberitahuan kepada Anda. 7. Hotel tidak akan bertanggung jawab kepada tamu apabila terjadi kecelakaan atau cedera 8. Setiap kehilangan & Kerusakan di kamar akan dikenakan biaya oleh pihak Hotel.. 9. Hotel tidak bertanggungjawab atas tindakan hukum yang disebabkan oleh barang-barang milik tamu 10. Tempat tidur tidak diperbolehkan diletakkan di lantai, hotel akan mengenakan biaya tambahan kepada tamu sebesar Rp. 300.000. 10. Kehilangan Kunci kartu kamar akan dikenakan biaya Rp. 50.000,-/ Kartu. 11. Tamu dilarang merokok di ruangan kamar bebas rokok, pelanggaran larangan tersebut dikenakan denda sebesar Rp 1.000.000,- 12. Request Kamar Smoking Dan Non Smoking , City View , Room Berdekatan atau Room Selantai , Sesuai Ketersediaan pada saat check in HOTEL GUEST REGULATIONS 1.Prepare your passport or identification document for verification by the front desk. 2. Guest might be required to place an advanced deposit. 3. The below items are prohibited inside the hotel : Animals, durian/lai/cempedak fruit, electronic equipment for cooking, All sort of Narcotics drugs related, explosive powder, dangerous chemical and any weapon/gun without permit. The hotel has the right to confiscate the mentioned items if found in guest room without any notification. 4. Prostitution practice and human trafficking is prohibited in the hotel. 5. Guest are prohibited to act in any way which can caused disturbance to public order. 6. Hotel has the right to inform the authorities without prior notifications if drugs or narcotics related and non -permit weapon are found in the guest room. 7. Hotel will not be held responsible for any accident or injury of guest 8. Any loss & Breakage in the room will be charged by Hotel. 9. Hotel will not be responsible for any criminal act caused by the mentioned items belonging to the guest. 10. Beds are not allowed to be place on the floor, the hotel will charge to guest as Extra Bed idr. 300.000,- 11. Lost Keycard will be charged idr. 50.000,-/card 12. Guest are prohibited smoking in non smoking room, violation of the prohibition is subject to a fine of idr. 1.000.000,- 13. Request Smoking Room Or Non Smoking Room , City View , Close Room , Base On Availability Upon Check in
