For the room, it's okay, it's still in the city area, access to everywhere is easy, but what's a bit difficult is that when we leave the room, we are only given one key, so it's a bit difficult to go up the stairs of the hotel, we have to go to the reception first to get to the room, so it's a bit complicated in my opinion. And if we go out for a while, the room doesn't cool down when we enter or return to the room.

I often stay here, but this time I was disappointed, the sheets weren't changed, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though I had requested no smoking, but the information was that the rooms were full so that was the only room left :(, hopefully the next time it won't be disappointing again

I always stay at this hotel and it's my regular hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and kind. The hotel is clean and has complete facilities, but please pay attention. The AC in the room I stayed in was not cold so I didn't get a good night's sleep and didn't get enough sleep because the AC in the room wasn't cold. I slept until I was sweating and didn't have a comfortable rest. Please pay attention to the facilities in each room. I want to complain but it's already midnight. Surely the technicians have already rested. Thank you Sis I often get rooms with AC that aren't cold.
