Very good location, spacious and modern rooms

Air conditioning was almost non existant. Did not cool the room down and they did not have it on for the first couple of days of our stay. Sink drain was very slow. Did not like the immediate surrounding area, kinda if dirty.

Clean and nice location

The bed in my room was so comfortable. Better than my new one in my home! The location couldn’t beat. Highly recommend!

This a lovely hotel in a great location - very close to the metro and railway. The rooms are of an excellent standard and extremely clean - very comfortable. My one issue is that the air conditioning in my room appeared to be faulty so that the room became warm and stuffy so quite unpleasant in the night. Without that the hotel would get 10/10.

Very close to Roma termini ( train and bus station) . Looked like recently renovated . Friendly staff , clean good breakfast

No ice machine had to ask for ice at front desk

Clean accommodations. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Lots of dining options close by and right outside the train station for easy access to the city and beyond

Excellent hotel within 5 minutes to Rome Station and lots of restaurants nearby. The room is decent sized and new. Breakfast is included, the options are rather limited but good enough for a light breakfast.

Great staff. Rooms were nice but dated. Showerhead was terrible and broken making showering difficult. Ac was disabled making the room warm. Extremely noisy outside. Every night we were woken up many many times. This is the nosiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Lots of homeless and strange people around. Busy street that was nonstop action 24/7.

Great clean place to rest, close to transportation and very friendly and helpful personnel.

The hotel was nice and very comfortable with a good breakfast but the area is incredibly noisy all night, shouting in street, car alarms going off and street cleaning. Because of this we would not book again

Great location near Termini, and also a walkable distance to many of the sites in Roma. Very nice breakfast. The reception staff was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay again.

Superbe hôtel, très bon déjeuner avec plusieurs choix, bien situé, à 2 minutes de la gare Termini. Un peu bruyant le soir à cause des attroupements.

Hotel reception area lack warmth atmosphere like music or TV in the Lobby Elevator is slow and needs some attention The AC was not on or not working No tea/coffee or water for guests in the lobby
