I expected a certain standard from a 4-star hotel, but this was a real disappointment. The facilities are very old and worn out. The shower only has a flimsy curtain, so water goes everywhere and the bathroom floor floods after every use. The bedsheets were stained, and the duvet had no cover. The location also felt unsafe, especially at night-lots of homeless people around and it was quite noisy. Overall, not worth the price at all.

整體每方面都不錯，不過不知什麼原因在雪櫃附近不時發出一些噪音，在晚上睡覺時十分困擾，因為雪櫃頗接近床。實在很難接受，這個情況十分罕有。

The staff at the counter are very friendly and provide various information services. I am very satisfied.

房間清潔迅速，櫃台有禮貌。

位置距離車站很近，有機場巴士直到，步行幾分鐘，交通方便可乘巴士及地鐵去景點，治安不錯，附近有很多餐廳，早餐不錯

住宿很近火車站，步行拉喼只需3分鐘到酒店，酒店樓下有便利漢堡飽店，對面有超市，附近亦有多間小商店，可購買水及日用品，禮品亦有，更有多間意大利餐廳，任君選擇，行兩條街便到教堂，非常方便，車站外更有多項交通方便去旅遊點，此旅店可再次光顧。

Overall an excellent experience

If you’ve booked this hotel and are worried after reading the negative reviews about the location and rooms etc, please read this!! Hotel - after reading reviews about the rooms being loud cause of the streets, I luckily saw one review saying to stay in a room NOT FACING THE STREET. I requested this as soon as I checked in and the receptionist kindly moved our original room to one facing inwards, so our view was of a courtyard/ not facing the street. We had no problems sleeping, barely any noise from the street! Rooms were spacious and clean, really liked the decor and could relax well. Shower also worked fine for us, plenty of hot water! Location - the hotel is a stones throw away from Termini, and is in a more rough part of town which is evident when you leave the station. However there is very strong police presence around and even the army is stationed nearby so it made us feel safer. There is also security on the hotel door at night. There are drug addicts etc around however they didn’t bother me and my partner, even at night when we’d walk back at 11pm even later sometimes. Just have your wits about you and if walking late, stay on the Main Street which is well lit with police presence. I would avoid if hotel if after reading this, it still makes you worried. However being so close to termini is really useful for getting around. 20-30 min walk to the main sites like colesseum, trevi etc and tubes / busses so accessible from here. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

テルミニ駅のすぐ側なのでスーツケースを持っての移動はとても便利。部屋は広くキレイだったが、お湯が出なかったり施設のメンテ状況は物足りなさを感じた。朝食が美味しい。スタッフは全体的に優しい。

Location is perfect for being next to Rome’s main station, however, it gets sketchy at night. Breakfast was great! Gym is small but has everything you need for a quick workout. Room was very big and comfy but the carpets did have stains.

The room itself was ok. I stayed 6 nights in the hotel and often there was no hot\warm water. There are many sketchy people on the street in front of the hotel who scream, break glass bottles and argue with each other. They are constantly there even during the night. Four of them tried to follow my teenage daughter which made it very scary. I would not recommend this place for families with children.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé proche de termini . Les chambres grandes et bien équipées.Petit déjeuner varié avec des produits frais.

When I went to check out, the receptionist couldn't recognize my wife as she was leaving the hotel; it was embarrassing.

Foram dias muito bons! Pouca frutas no café da manhã! Mas todos muito atenciosos!

Clean, comfortable room right next to the train station. Couldn't be more convenient for buses or the metro. Very good to excellent breakfast, good variety. Good air conditioning, even with temps reaching 97*. It was like an oasis in a not so good part of town, next to the train station.
