The property is very close to the attractions of Pisa. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is located on a main tourist street and can be noisy but ear plugs were provided within amenities.

Great location but just a bit dated. Staff were great and if you’re looking for locality to the Tower it’s perfect.

Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen mot Lutande tornet. Stort och fint rum på 4 våningen AA. Lite hårda sängar annars allt bra rent och fint. Frukosten var mycket bra.

The room was comfortable and the view was incredible. The breakfast was the best hotel buffet breakfast I’ve ever had—there were so many choices and such lovely food. The staff were very helpful, greeting us when we arrived after midnight due to a late flight, and were helpful in arranging a taxi when we needed one.

Room and staff were great. Amazing location right next to Pisa tower.

Best location , veiw from the window. 10 plus restaurant in 2 minutes walk. Friendly staff ,nice atmosphere.

We were at the front of the hotel - it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Duomo. Couldn’t be in a better place. Roberto the barman was great fun and good cocktails.

Room was clean, but a little dated. Breakfast was good with a fair choice in a large room. Friendly and helpful staff.

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was fantastic, he said our room was ready and he was very helpful when we inquired about the trains to Florence. We would definitely stay there again.😊

They said there is parking on site and in fact it’s a very small garage on extremely small road. They didn’t opened the door to it either. I had to park outside and pay €56 for night and walk 15min to the hotel. Hotel itself reminds old glorious time of Italy, rooms very small and dirty. Employees very rude, poor breakfast and for 2 fried eggs they will charge you €8 and you need to wait for it 20min and remind them you ordered it. Definitely not recommending! They think you are a tourist and come there once, totally rip off!!

The hotel is very tired. Doesn’t appear to have seen any investment for years. Our room overlooked the road that runs in front of the hotel. It was very loud despite not being in use. You could clearly hear passers by talking when the windows were closed. The WiFi did not work. The roof terrace is open May to November, which was a shame. All of that said, the location is perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
