Excellent location. Lovely rooftop views.

5* location! The rooms are a little dated but otherwise it’s a great base, the roof terrace should be taken full advantage of!!

Every thing was ok the only thing that was bad was the some of the staff whom acted arrogant and not so polite.

Nice hotel in the main street, 2 minutes from the tower. nice bar on top floor with good view. The staff was friendly and helpful

Really lovely hotel in the center of Pisa. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were there very briefly, checked in around 10pm and checked out by 9 am.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms were very basic. You get free WiFi but this was horrendous and hardly works, along with your normal 5G roaming data. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your usual continental style breakfast and cereals, nothing majorly fancy, but just what you need in the mornings. Overall a nice comfortable stay.

Location Perfect. View from our room was amazing. Roof top was fantastic. Our room was very clean but could do with an upgrade.

The room was clean, large enough for a child’s bed to be included; quiet yet situated centrally. The roof top bar and view of the duomo was such a treat.

This hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the Tower etc and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is somewhat dated in its appearance but it’s clean, well managed and good for short stays. The breakfast room is screened off when not in use so finding it was a bit of a challenge! There was a nice selection of food and the service was good.

Ett äldre men jättecharmigt hotel med fin takterrass, bara några min från Pisa tornet. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Finns möjlighet att lämna sina väskor kvar under dagen på hotellet efter utcheckningen.

Liksom tidigare recensioner beskriver var det bra men lite sliter, trevlig personal o god frukost m glutenfria alternativ.

The hotel is perfectly located within a 2 minute walk of the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, Baptistery and museums. It is a 10 minute walk to the river and a 10 minute walk to Pisa S.Rossi train station. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and speak many languages fluently. The room was a good size for a city centre hotel and was very clean. You are given shampoo/body wash and soap in the room so no need to take lots of toiletries however if you prefer proper brands there is a Carre Four supermarket over the road which sells everything you need for you stay. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop terrace. There is only a small area for drinks only but we had Aperitivo 3 times (which you need to book at reception) and it was amazing. The views are to die for. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport and Pisa Centrale Station which is run by staff at the hotel so you are safe and not being over charged. Overall the hotel offers everything you need for an excellent stay in Pisa. We’re definitely going to be booking again.
