Ok hotel close to center room very small

Hotel was centrally located. Rooftop was amazing!

Nice place to stay in Milan near the Duomo. It was a little bougie for me but not something that would stop me from staying again. My only small complaint was that the bathroom is very small but that's minor in my book. The included breakfast can be delivered as room service for a very small fee and it was a very large amount of food of great quality.

Excelent location close to many attractions. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean, though not very spacious, not even the suite that I booked. Breakfast is average for the EUR 32. If you wanted an omelet or fried eggs, it was extra EUR 8. You leave with the impression that the hotel was trying to monetize small details such as when they knocked on our door to sale us coffee or water. Hotel lobby needs improvement. The hotel claims to have a rate discount with partner gym, but for EUR 35 a day, it does not look like a good deal. Overall a bit pricey due to the highlited weaknesses.

Friendly Rooftop staff.Had safe issues sorted immediately. Breakfast Amazing and also offer a takeout one but you order in advance. Room awful not value for money tho clean smaller than we expected for a Executive room. 9th floor in a corner where the drainpipes were! so continual noise from the rain water even after rain had stopped. Would be better not to put people through the stress of being in this room when it is a 60th birthday celebration and the paying guest needs to sleep for health reasons and early travel we slept one night out of three nights stay. On complaining we were ignored and found staff rude after three complaints,and a room visit to record the noise which the gentleman agreed was noisy It would of been better customer service to move us for the last two nights. I wrote a email to hotel whilst travelling to Laguna for the day I had no reply. On returning to our room a token of bubbly and fruit which I thought was too little to late. We were so tired we drank one glass each the rest was left to go flat unfortunately with no apologies made . Excellent location and most staff very obliging . Aurora especially in the Rooftop terrace.

I’m very pleased that we chose this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Milan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the amenities were much appreciated. We stayed in the junior suite on the 5th floor with a stunning view of the architecturally amazing building next door. Great location near the Duomo. The bar/restaurant on the 10th floor is convenient with an impressive view. We didn’t have the breakfast, but became a regular at a bistro next door. All in all, a wonderful hotel with welcoming staff.

So many noises from the rooftop that we couldn’t even sleep all night.

Detta hotell va helt otroligt! Rummet över förväntan, rymligt och fräscht. Frukosten alltid påfylld och enastående personal. Vi hade inte kunnat önska oss en bättre vistelse. Läget perfekt och nära till allt. Vi är mer än nöjda!

Clean room, ac was a bit warm but rooftop restaurant was awesome.

Nice hotel and a good location. Good staff. Unfortunately, the bed was hard as a rock. My biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was computer controlled at the front desk. They couldn’t reduce our room temperature to less than 22 degrees C. Must be much hotter in the summer. That’s why my rating of 3 stars. Rick, Montreal

Great location, walkable to all main attractions. Rooms were spacious for Europe and very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was another highlight for us

Nice spread of breakfast. Location is fantastic, very closed to everything. Best part of it all was we got upgraded to a nice room.
