유럽호텔에선 드물게 넓고 깨끗하고 현대적인 시설이입니다. 너무 편하고 좋았어요. 베개, 침구도 편하고 조식도 아주 훌륭했어요.

여행객이라면 들를법한 모든 장소까지 도보 이동이 가능한 최고의 위치. 모든 직원들 친절, 조식은 평범, 발렛주차 편리.

This is our third time staying there. Everyone from the front desk, assistants and servers at the breakfast were all courteous, pleasant and attentive.

The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was beautifully updated. The roof top restaurant had a beautiful view and the food was delicious. Very walkable to shops and the Duomo.

My room on the 7th floor was not as nice as the room I had at my previous stay a week before on the 3rd floor. I could hear outdoor noises more than in the other room I stayed in. Otherwise all the staff were very orofessional

How clean and close to areas Was not happy that they have over charged us for hotel tax charges for 4 nights we only stayed 3 awaiting for a reply from hotel

We stayed 4 nights after arriving at Linate airport - a quick bus ride to Milano Centrale stations, then the metro on the M3 yellow line to Missouri. The hotel was a short walk from the station. Staff were excellent as were rooms and breakfast. The location is great - well positioned for walking to main attractions incl. Duomo, La Scala, Christmas markets etc.

Parking is available but 350 m away. To unload there is limited room in front of the hotel. They need to expand that area and have someone take your car to parking spots.

Courteous staff, excellent location, rooms are beautiful, clean, the views, everything makes this hotel a superb choice. I’d stay here again and again. Can’t recommend enough.

Muito bem localizado, fácil acesso, confortável.

We had a good time at this hotel last month. The service was great; we found the concierge service to be very helpful. A member of our party had an injury, and the concierge was very helpful with regard to getting some ice. Furthermore, the concierge gave us some great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast is very good and varied. The area is alright and not far from the action, but it may be inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues. Added to that, the hotel will call a cab if you request, but getting a return cab in Milan is not easy. You must call the taxi service or find a taxi stand. Do some research ahead of time. Also, it is not clear from the description of the hotel, but it is an a ZTL. If you plan on driving here, make sure to let the hotel know ahead of time so they can get you a temporary permit. Overall, we had a good time here.

What a fantastic hotel stay, we stayed with our 2 children in a family room and it was brilliant, the room was great (room 810) and very clean, the staff were excellent and so helpful. It's 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and don't forget to get a Panzerotti from Luini (left of the Duomo), very very good. The breakfast at the hotel had so much choice and wonderful coffee! The rooftop restaurant was fantastic too. Lovely to have security on the main doors. There is music in the rooftop terrace every night which you can hear a bit but it didn't disrupt our sleep and the tram noises some complained about weren't a problem. You could see the mountains from our room window which was beautiful. 100% coming to stay here again! If you are a light sleeper then I expect the 9th floor is out for you.
