It closes to metro and Duomo. Our 4 people room is big and clean. Breakfast buffet was really variety of foods that we liked it very much. Staff can speak English

Fab hotel close to centre but if using Malpensa Airport it's a long journey into central Milan

What a gem this is. Fantastic location, so convenient for the major landmarks. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must and is such a lovely place to sit and have a cocktail. Special mention to the staff, such helpful and friendly people. We can’t wait to come back.

The staff were helpful- assisted in getting transportation for places we wanted to go. The concierge gave good directions and tips about the city. The breakfast was amazing. The Roof (top) restaurant has a great wonderful view of the city.

Good could be better for the price. This was our second stay here and I feel like the first time was better so it may depend on the time and the room booked. We were disappointed that our room was not available when we checked in after 3pm. We were exhausted from a long trip and was hoping we could already get in our room and relax. They even charged us for the room at check-in so imagine my disgrace. I expressed that I was not happy with the situation so they upgraded us. But the upgrade was not that great either. The room looks updated but no view. Our original reservation had a view but looked old and outdated so we kept the upgrade. But the most disappointing of all is the noise level. The walls are thin and we can hear people talking in the hall and the room next to us. The housekeeping were great but the front desk could be friendlier except for 1 Filipino employee. We asked the day before if our rental car can get in the city and park while we load our luggages and we were told yes with no other info provided. At checkout we were told we need to register the car - that info could have been helpful when we asked the day before. The good thing about this place is the location for sure. Very central and walking distance to many places.

Was very impressed with the luxurious room and bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is not worth what i paid for 1 night. It is overly priced for the room or the facility condition. Interior is old no one helped me in any kind just checked in and i never saw any one from the staff until i checked out. If it was 200$ a night i would be ok of the service but to pay around 500$ a night for that service i am very disappointed

Our room was very nice . Location is perfect. Location is great for sightseeing & restaurants! THE ROOF - is EXCELLENT!! Employees are very friendly & helpful. One gentleman that worked there gave a us fantastic restaurant to try !! Our room was large & shower was excellent!! Walk in shower- not climbing into a tub ! Problems were no A/C , no shampoo in the shower & one TV remote didn’t work. The lack of airflow was uncomfortable to use. Other than that I would give it 5 stars
