Ok hotel close to center room very small

The only thing that could be developed is the bed. A bit hard to sleep many nights. Otherwise, this hotel is just the best in Milan.

Rum var ren, sängar bekväma. Vi bodde på tredje våningen och fönster blockerades av en tvärgående balk. Man ska nog be att bo högre upp. Vi åt inte frukost men var förbi och tittade. Värt pengarna, bra utbud. Var en kväll uppe på baren. Mycket nöjda.

First class all around!!! Kristine at the front desk was amazing !! And the manager on the roof top at night was also amazing. Would stay at this hotel over and over again!!!!

The location was perfect, room was very clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel overall is great… good location and friendly staff. I was unluck to have a room (#812) that absorbed a lot of noise from the rooftop bar, located on the 10th floor. On the first night, I had to called them 3 times, to stop the loud music (around 1:30am). On the second, my husband went up himself in his bathrobe (!!!!!!!!!), because calls didn’t work. After this episode, remaining nights were OK. So overall our experience was a bit stressful, despite paying 700€ extra to the upgraded room (standard room is really small and we had many luggages). I would come back in lower floors or rooms facing different direction from the rooftop.

Clean rooms, spacious, lovely modern bathroom, a dividing wall between the two areas that provide privacy, tv’s for both areas, great front views, overall comfortable. Front of hotel, always greeted. Would have given 5* if it wasn’t for the lack of communication from management. The stay coincided with special family events, and I wanted to surprise the family on our arrival. I communicated on 3 separate occasions including using the Hotels.com. Had to ask for a robe for 3rd person.. Expected to pay for additional coffee capsules? Which was not fully replaced daily. Considering we paid over €400 per night?
