位置极佳

For the facility, I guess the only thing that satisified me was the stable connection of Wi-Fi inside the hotel rooms. For other facilities and utilities provided, it was quite disappointing - the towels are not water-absorbing enough, the centralised heating system would be turned off after mid-night no where to place the bathing jet, shampoo, etc, inside the bathing tube, the water was not strong enough, only 2 electronic sockets were available inside the room. Well, if you are seeknig something basic, you can still try. At least the staff will be more than willing to offer you assistance.

I don't like this hotel very much, for the quality and sanitation are not quite good. The location is near to the S.M.N. station and quite a few site points, which comes in very helpful when we go site seeing.

I have really low expectation for hotels, i usually book hostel, but this hotel manage to disapoint me to an another lever. First, the online checking was really bad. We did not get the procedure by mail or message and the phone number on our booking was not working. We had to wait 2h for other travelers to come back. Once inside, they showed us a number that was BEHIND the door INSIDE the room. That number worked. Secondly, there was red blood on the bed sheet, fresh blood. There was still carbage from the poeple before IN the garbage can. And ln the bathroom, there was a left over soap at the bottom of the shower. On our second day over there, there was no water. NO SHOWER, NO SINK, NO TOILETTES in the whole hotel for over 24h. I called twice, i texed 3 times, no answer, but i could see that they read it. The water came back in the night but still no answer from them. How can you have a hotel but no water !!?? Don’t make the mistake i did by not trusting the comments. It’s really really that bad

La stanza mostrava evidenti segni di trascuratezza, cuscini e letto con presenza d'insetti, probabili cimici dei letti,gli stessi con evidenti macchie ovunque, inoltre lo sciaquone del gabinetto non funzionava e ho dovuto usare il secchio dei rifiuti per evacuarlo di urina e feci... d'accordo che siamo in pensione una stella ma ciò che è basilare deve essere garantito ed efficiente non mi permetto di chiederVi nulla perché almeno ciò che ho visto in Firenze ha compensato e frenato i miei impulsi...Spero che almeno il mio sfogo sia costruttivo affinche' risolviate la situazione della camera n 3... Buon Anno!

No staff. Mouldy bathrooms. Nothing at all like the photos! Don't do it!

This is not a hotel. It is a disqusting place with dirty bedding, unsafe stairs and filty rooms.

Las instalaciones y el personal dejan mucho que desear, le falta mantenimiento al lugar y casi nunca hay nadie que pueda resolverte cualquier problema o duda que tengas y son cero amables. En nuestro caso falló la luz del cuarto y el outlet de luz del cuarto estaba roto y no hubo solución ya que no hay personal en el hotel, nos quedamos un día entero sin luz. Lo bueno del lugar es la ubicación, tienes restaurantes, museos, atracciones turísticas, tiendas y demás a unos cuantos pasos.

Terrível, não recomendo irem a esse hotel. Não tem RECEPÇÃO, quando chegamos lá não tinhamos nenhma instrução de como abrir a porta do prédio, tivemos que contar com a sorte de que um hóspede saiu e pode nos ajudar, e ele mesmo falou mal do Hotel já. Depois, simplesmente não havia ninguém na recepção e apenas um número para ligar na parede. Quando liguei pra lá descobri que o número era de ROMA e a pessoa simplesmente pediu pra eu pegar uma chave que deveria estar na mesa, mas não estava. Aparentemente outra pessoa pegou a chave e entrou no quarto que deveria ser meu. Enfim, não fizemos o check-in nesse hotel e fomos para outro local, NÃO RECOMENDO RESERVAR E TER ESSE STRESS NESSE HOTEL.

The location cannot be beat, but the building itself needs some care, and it would be good if someone was available 24/seven by phone. That being said, we would still stay there again, because we were only a few minutes away from everything.

It’s a good option for an early or late train trip, it’s walkable distance from the station.
