Pior hotel do mundo Meu quarto estava locado para outro e não tínhamos aonde dormir

La stanza mostrava evidenti segni di trascuratezza, cuscini e letto con presenza d'insetti, probabili cimici dei letti,gli stessi con evidenti macchie ovunque, inoltre lo sciaquone del gabinetto non funzionava e ho dovuto usare il secchio dei rifiuti per evacuarlo di urina e feci... d'accordo che siamo in pensione una stella ma ciò che è basilare deve essere garantito ed efficiente non mi permetto di chiederVi nulla perché almeno ciò che ho visto in Firenze ha compensato e frenato i miei impulsi...Spero che almeno il mio sfogo sia costruttivo affinche' risolviate la situazione della camera n 3... Quarto limpo, mas edifício muito antigo. Excelente localização.

No staff. Mouldy bathrooms. Nothing at all like the photos! Don't do it!

This is not a hotel. It is a disqusting place with dirty bedding, unsafe stairs and filty rooms.

Las instalaciones y el personal dejan mucho que desear, le falta mantenimiento al lugar y casi nunca hay nadie que pueda resolverte cualquier problema o duda que tengas y son cero amables. En nuestro caso falló la luz del cuarto y el outlet de luz del cuarto estaba roto y no hubo solución ya que no hay personal en el hotel, nos quedamos un día entero sin luz. Lo bueno del lugar es la ubicación, tienes restaurantes, museos, atracciones turísticas, tiendas y demás a unos cuantos pasos.

Terrível, não recomendo irem a esse hotel. Não tem RECEPÇÃO, quando chegamos lá não tinhamos nenhma instrução de como abrir a porta do prédio, tivemos que contar com a sorte de que um hóspede saiu e pode nos ajudar, e ele mesmo falou mal do Hotel já. Depois, simplesmente não havia ninguém na recepção e apenas um número para ligar na parede. Quando liguei pra lá descobri que o número era de ROMA e a pessoa simplesmente pediu pra eu pegar uma chave que deveria estar na mesa, mas não estava. Aparentemente outra pessoa pegou a chave e entrou no quarto que deveria ser meu. Enfim, não fizemos o check-in nesse hotel e fomos para outro local, NÃO RECOMENDO RESERVAR E TER ESSE STRESS NESSE HOTEL.

The location cannot be beat, but the building itself needs some care, and it would be good if someone was available 24/seven by phone. That being said, we would still stay there again, because we were only a few minutes away from everything.

It’s a good option for an early or late train trip, it’s walkable distance from the station.

Everything in Positano is up a hill but the walk and climb lets you experience the beautiful city.

Upon check-in, guests are asked to send photos of their passport via email or WhatsApp. Unfortunately, their email does not function—likely due to an expired domain—leaving WhatsApp as the only option to send sensitive identification documents, which raises serious privacy concerns. We specifically paid extra for a private bathroom. However, when using it, I noticed water dripping from the ceiling. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that this was wastewater from the toilet in the room above us. This means human waste was literally dripping onto us while using the facilities—completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The ceiling was also heavily infested with mold. The bathroom was unusable, and we ended up having to go elsewhere just to use the restroom. We immediately contacted the property, and they replied the next day (24 hours later) saying someone would arrive within 10 minutes. When we returned, nothing had been addressed—the bathroom remained in the same horrifying condition. We requested a full refund, but have since received no response. There is no one available at the front desk, and communication is non-existent. The room itself had a broken sink. We were not given any blankets, just a single bed sheet. While I can tolerate minimal service, I cannot accept paying extra for what is clearly a biohazard. The lack of hygiene, safety, and customer support is completely unacceptable. Do not book here.

Solicitaron varios documentos para nuestro registro pero al llegar no había nadie qué nos atendiera, nunca me mandaron los codigos de acceso a las instalaciones ni me contestaron los mensajes, a la fecha ni los han visto. Un huésped nos dejo entrar como una hora y media después (coincidió con que salieron del lugar) y estuvimos una hora más esperando en la recepción a que apareciera alguien I contestara a las llamadas y mensajes de los números que ellos mismos proporcionan optamos por tomar una llave y atendernos nosotros mismos. Incluso al día siguiente no hubo quien atendiera

Good: close to rail station. Bad: no toilet paper despite numerous requests, shower mixer missing so could not wash, dirty sheets on bed. There were roadworks happening outside from 11pm till 2am so could not sleep despite using earplugs. Nobody at reception in the morning to discuss our concerns. Worst hotel ever! Plus they tried to overcharge the city tax.

The room I got did not look like the photos. The bathroom on my floor has no toilet paper for 1.5 days and there was no handle on the prison like shower so it only ran cold water. Overall hated my stay.

I was pickpocketed while checking in! Unbelievable. You had to use a code to get in the door at street level. The reception is upstairs. I got in the door at street level and there were two men in the hall talking. I had two large suitcases. One man immediately put out his cigarette and stated to lift the other end of my case. The other man stayed behind me and I lifted the 2nd bag upstairs. The 2nd man followed me up the narrow stairs. When we got to Reception, both men went back downstairs. There was a delay in getting my key. When I got to my room I discovered my pants pocket was cut open and my wallet was gone. There was a wash hand basin in the room with a small tablet of soap and a sachet of hand cream / moisturiser. I was also provided along with towels. However there was no outlet pipe attached to the hand basin so when I poured a bottle into the basin it splashed out on my feet.

Acceuil mediocre mais bon emplacement chambre correct

They should invest in upgrading the rooms. Overall was not bad but for Europe you expect something more.
