la stanza cadeva a pezzi in poche parole e il riscaldamento non funzionava e faceva un gran rumore da non riuscire a dormire

Éramos 4 y faltó 1 cobija la primera noche. El agua caliente era inestable se agotaba rápidamente. La habitación necesita un poco de mantenimiento. La temperatura de la habitación estaba muy fría. Nos gustó la ubicación por eso la escogimos. El desayuno estuvo bien, faltó un poco más de fruta. Personal muy amable.

Room was very tired, wardrobe not in good shape. We left early and paid to stay at another hotel. 😞

El hotel es súper antiguo, todo ahí necesita reparación urgente, la calefacción no funcionaba, cuando tomabas un baño toda el agua salía del baño a la habitación, el baño estaba oxidado y el dueño era muy poco amable, es muy confuso llegar ahí ya que no solo es el hostel con ese nombre si no un restaurante y otro edificio con el mismo nombre, hacer check in in un edificio y tienes que salir y caminar aún más hacia el otro edificio.

Rooms were not clean. Basis amenities like electric kettle was no there...no drinking water...

Very convenient hotel

Clean room

Room is dingy, no internet/wifi (as promised) and no television (linked through the internet). Basically, none of the amenities offered were available. Concierge only redirected me to a dead end info@ email address to lodge a complaint. Very, very disappointing experience.

Dieses Hotel ist nur für Gäste zu empfehlen, die gerne kalt duschen, da es in den Zimmern KEIN WARMES WASSER gab. Angesichts dieser eklatanten Mängel sind andere Unzulänglichkeiten wie der Abwassergeruch, der verstopfte Duschabfluss und die beschädigten Sanitäranlagen völlig nebensächlich. Die Angestellten reagierten darauf lediglich mit dem Hinweis, eine Beschwerde einzureichen. Das Restaurant blieb am Abend ohne Angabe von Gründen für Gäste geschlossen.

The photos on the website are so far removed from reality. The room was a disgrace. It was pokey and small. The carpet is faded and knackered, the furniture is falling apart and battered, the fabric wallpaper was coming away, there is mould in the bathroom, the shower was dreadful and had an awful lip on it which was sharp and you can catch your toes on, the bed was like two camp beds pushed together, the WiFi doesn’t work at all, the tv on the wall was wonky. Even the corridors are horrifically shabby getting to the room. The rooms are in a separate building to the surprisingly nice but tricky to find reception, but that’s where the good bit ends. I’m surprised this place has any stars and is not worth a fraction of what I paid.

La moquette de la chambre était recouverte d'une grande tache noire, que j'ai accidentellement piétinée pieds nus. J'avais l'impression d'avoir marché sur du vomi. La chambre sentait l'humidité. La douche était propre, mais le rideau en plastique me collait au corps. Une flaque s'est formée pendant que je prenais ma douche, car le rideau n'était pas assez long. L'éclairage de la douche était faible ; une seule ampoule fonctionnait. Les installations et la chambre auraient besoin d'être rénovées. Les réceptionnistes sont très aimables et attentionnés.

Non c'era Internet. L'anesso de l'albergo un disastro : vechio, rotto e senza internet e 250 euros la notte!!!!

Cheap stay in Venice to get a connecting flight elsewhere. You get what you pay for with this hotel. It's a little tired and shabby but it was perfectly clean, the service was excellent and my stay was nothing like some of 5he fantastic horror stories on Google.
