梅斯纳尔酒店

J’ai passé une 2e nuit dans cette hôtel après la mauvaise expérience 10j avant. On m’a attribuée une chambre mieux. On m’avait promis le wifi mais mensonge pas de wifi en chambre. L’hôtel possède 3 sites j’étais dans le 3e site pas de wifi. Pas de wifi non plus dans le 2e site (10j avant) Une arnaque pour le prix. Je n’ai jamais pu éteindre la Clim qui était trop forte résultat j’ai pas atttrapé une bronchite. Pas de porte coulissante dans la douche on met de l’eau partout en se lavant. J’ai vu des gens crier à la réception le pauvre monsieur de l’accueil va faire un malaise car il dois gérer avec calme ces situations. Je n’ai pas pris de photos de ma 2e nuit tellement j’en avais marre d’y être. Un employé m’a dit que l’hôtel est à vendre et c’est pour cela qu’ils ne font pas de travaux… et les clients se font avoir. Je demande à Hôtel.com un remboursement Katia

Hôtel bien situé mais à fuir Aucun confort pas de wifi dans la chambre obligé d’aller à la réception, pas de bouilloire, du scotch isolant sur le fil électrique de la lampe de chevet, la lunette des wc pas fixée, le pose-savon est rouillé. Pas de rideau de douche. Dans la chambre, rien pour poser la valise (j’ai trouvé une chaise à l’extérieur) Pas de petit-déjeuner. Le monsieur de la réception adorable il me faisait pitié tellement les gens venaient se plaindre. Un scandale ! une arnaque ! J’ai voulu parler au directeur mais absent ! Lamentable j’ai les photos

No internet. No tv. Mold in room and shower. No AC.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans l’hôtel. Nous allons régulièrement à Venise, c’est de très loin le pire hôtel que nous avons eu. On nous a installé dans l’annexe de l’hôtel. En fait de lits jumeaux les deux lits étaient disposés de part et d’autre de la porte d’entrée, la chambre était minuscule et il fallait enjamber un des lits pour accéder à la toute petite salle de douche qui ne permettait même pas d’y poser une trousse de toilette. Il n’y avait pas de rideau aux fenêtres, la lumière d’un réverbère juste devant la fenêtre nous a empêché de dormir, il faisait glacial, et la propreté était très approximative, par exemple la moquette pleine de taches. Quant à la télévision elle ne fonctionnait tout simplement pas, et personne n’est jamais venu la réparer malgré nos demandes. À force d’insister, on nous a néanmoins apporté des couvertures, mais cela restait très inconfortable. Après 3 nuits épouvantables nous avons été relogés dans le bâtiment principal, qui mérite néanmoins à peine 3 étoiles, alors que l’établissement en revendique 4 ce qui est ridicule. La propreté de cette deuxième chambre laissait d’ailleurs autant à désirer, équipement minimal, cabine de douche pleine de moisissures, petit pommeau de douche à main à moitié bouché par le tartre. À part celui qui a organisé le changement de chambre, peut-être le propriétaire, personnel particulièrement désagréable et sans aucun intérêt pour la satisfaction de leurs clients. À éviter absolument malgré une position idéale.

The wifi in the room was very spotty. If our room had air conditioning we couldn't tell as we needed to open the windows to stay cool and get air circulation. The room was very small and the shower was filthy with mildew in the grout. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so managing with luggage is a challenge.

This hotel is in desperate need of a deep clean and maintenance. We travelled with friends. Both rooms smelled heavily of mildew. You can not control the heat pump/ac in the room so it’s generally uncomfortable and damp. 1. Upon arrival we were walked from check in to the building our rooms were in. The host put the key in the slot to turn on the lights and took off before we could ask a single question. 2. The rooms are so small that you can not put your luggage anywhere but the bed and you wouldn’t want to anyway as the carpet was stained and dirty. 3. the wifi which was supposed to be included does not work in the rooms 4. The “amenities” are a tv in the rooms which didn’t work (not an issue as we didn’t come to Venice for television) and a blow dryer. 5. The shower is tiny and the one in our friend’s room was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom. Ours worked okay but the old plastic shower curtain clung to you which gross. 6. No place to put anything but an old broken wardrobe. 7. Front door to hotel/rooms doesn’t lock (or even have a lock) We are pretty easy going travellers and were prepared for old and some water damage as it is Venice but nothing could have prepared us for the rooms we had. We avoided being in it except to go right to sleep and then up and out immediately in the morning. There is nothing is included, just the worst room you’ll likely ever see.

Établissement nécessitant une forte renovation, du moins au niveau de l'annexe,et en attendant un minimun d'entretien et de nettoyage. Le problème a la réservation, on ne sais pas dans quel bâtiment on tombe, et les photos sont trompeuses. Le bâtiment principal est peut-être bien ! Ce qui expliquerait les notes entre 2 et 10. Je met 2 pour l'annexe.

Limpieza pésima, no había luz en el baño, no había wifi en la habitación, no había controles para TV ni aire acondicionado, la habitación olía muy mal y la alfombra estaba muy sucia. Había una gotera en el baño de agua del drenaje. Se pidió ayuda en la recepción y no pudieron resolver ninguno de esos problemas. Es la peor opción que pude haber elegido. Necesito un reembolso ya que el hotel no contesta y Expedia no me ha dado solución.

We were utterly disappointed with room 19. I’ve never been in a worse room.. although it was mostly clean, the wallpaper was moldy, the room was musty, the bathroom toilet did not work and the hallway and rugs were filthy. Unfortunately, they were not able to put us in a different room until the next day so we suffered greatly. The next day we were moved to room 40 which was much much better. For the money, I would stay there again, but never ever in room 19.. The management was very nice, but unfortunately the establishment is understaffed and ineffective. Expedido was little help in resolving the issues... Venice is really gorgeous and these rooms have a lovely view over the canal. It’s quiet and charming..

Las habitaciones no son como aparecen en la publicidad, demasiado reducidas, especialmente el baño, te reciben en un lugar bastante aceptable, pero la habitación es en otro edificio, que no tiene recepción y la puerta de enterada no cierra la chapa

Have plans to keep you busy and out of the room for as much of the day as possible. Very dark room with nothing but beds and a bathroom. The bathroom was not clean and when you showered, the water ran everywhere and you would have wet feet everywhere in the bathroom afterwards.

Nous avons pris une chambre familiale, la salle de bain est sale est plein de moisossures,il n ya pas de place ou d'endroit pour accrocher les affaires. Une petite pondrie pour 5 personnes cest vraiment pas correct.pas de télé alors que cetait indiquè quand nous avons reservè!pas de chaussons...!une chambre pas du toit confortable,vue sur le canal mais comme cest ai rez de chaussé les passant regardent dans la chambre donc on est obligè de fermer..

Room barely fit the two single beds. Really outdated (as in the 90s would be an upgrade) . Staff was fine but certainly not particularly friendly. Pretty good location and that’s the best part of it. Got a rash on my back, which I can’t think of getting from anywhere else. Really thin sheets. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend. There are better options.

Eu reservei e, em seguida, lendo as avaliações, fiquei um pouco receosa. Mas tive uma gratíssima surpresa e boa impressão sobre o hotel. Há carpete velho, mas tudo limpo e no lugar, acomodação segura, equipe prestativa e acolhedora. O chuveiro esquenta água sim, é muito!! A localização não poderia ser melhor. Eu certamente voltarei.

Localização excelente, ao lado da Lá Salute (ponto do vaporetto). Lugar tranquilo, quarto simples mas limpo, roupa de cama de qualidade. Tem um restaurante no primeiro piso com boa comida a preço justo. Atendentes prestativos. Bom custo benefício. Recomendo!
