Recommended hotel to stay if you want to travel around Venice compared with the main hotel in the island, which is more expensive, small, and old. Very, very good location just in front of Mestre Station, one step to the main lagoon to Venice, less than 10 minutes with the local train which goes back and forth every 10 minutes. The hotel is quite new, big and spacious room, nice complete breakfast, nice local food in the restaurant, and very nice people in the reception. Definitely will stay here for the next visit!

Bathroom stinks with smell of urine.
Can hear everything in the hallway/next door.
Location is okay with walking distance to train/bus station. But the unbearable smell was a real deal breaker.
Their family room is clean and ok; Try getting family room, or never.

地點實在是太方便了，就在車站正對面。房間空間很大，櫃台人員服務很好。隔音一如歐洲飯店，當晚不曉得是不是剛好隔壁有夜店活動，音樂吵雜聲一直到凌晨超過2點半才消失

メストレ駅目の前で立地とコスパは最高です。観光客が増える時期はメストレ駅前の大通り以外は治安が悪化しますが、プラザホテル前は変わらず安心なので、メストレ側で宿泊するならここ一択だなあと現地を見て思いました。
駅もバス停も目の前なので、夜遅くなっても、早朝でもなんら心配はありません。
お部屋は広く、バスタブもありゆったりできますが、若干の下水臭が上がってくるときはあります。
ケトルはありません。
朝食は「コンチネンタルブレックファスト」と書いていますが、わりと品揃えがあります。種類は変わりませんが。
4泊しましたがたいへん満足です。

한국인 후기가 많고 역앞이라 선택한 숙소였는데 가장 큰 장점은 옆 나오자마자 길 하나만 건너면 되고 역에서 숙소까지 20초면 갈 수 있음 그리고 돌로미티 투어가 이 숙소 앞이라 이용하기 편했음
주변보다 저렴한 것도 나름 장점임
단점은 많이 낡았고 이탈리아 여행중 샤워기 필터가 가장 더럽게 변했음
그치만 위치랑 가격 때문에 베네치아에 온다면 어쩔수없이 다시 묵을거 같음

Hotel bien situé face à la gare de Mestre
Attention l'hotel n'a pas de parking (il est écrit parking limité mais en fait il n'y en a pas) et il faut donc payer 14€ par jour au parking privé proche

The room was two double beds for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. It was massive and worked really well for what we needed for a city break. The breakfast was minimal, but had all the usual continental offering with some hot elements too. The hotel had a great bar area, the whole place was really clean and the staff were very efficient.
The best element for us visiting Venice was that it was right across the road from the train station which had multiple options for getting into the centre of Venice.
A fantastic option for a trip around north east Italy.
