卡尔洛塔别墅酒店

An amazing hotel. You won't expect you will stay at such an excellent place. Villa Carlotta is an elegant villa (yes, it is really a villa) with historical looking and modern accommodation. There are free private parking spaces within the villa. It is not far from the central Firenze. You can even walk to the downtown within 30 minutes. The breakfast is outstanding, for both food and place. We took some pictures in wedding dress here. Thank you. It is definitely one of the most wonderful places we have stayed.

Lieu plaisant et calme, à 3 mn de la porta Romana. La chambre double au RDC de l’annexe est assez grande et propre avec une petite terrasse très appréciable mais l’équipement n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4* et le bâtiment manque d’entretien. Le personnel est aimable et le parking est un plus. Petit dejeuner buffet très copieux.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I needed an iron and ironing board. They broyghtuit to my room without hesitation. Beautiful property with free off street parking. I was riding a motorcycle, so having off street parking was a must.

Delightful villa in a safe residential-like setting within walking distance to the Florence city gate. Clean, comfy, quiet, very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. Car park which we managed to get a space, parks 10 cars. Neighbourhood very good and it’s a walk down the hill to the bus stop which you can use to get into town for 1.70€. Reception can sell you the tickets. We did taxis back which cost us between 15-20€. After a day walking so much it was a relief to come back to the pool (not heated) to paddle in. Our room was 119 and 118 would have the same beautiful view. No drawers or storage space for clothes so couldn’t unpack. It’s more B&B as there’s no actual menu for food in the evenings and it’s a walk down that hill again to get to any local shops or restaurants. But they do a ‘snack’ menu. Sandwiches and two pizzas on it. And they have a bar you can get drinks from. Cheap prices. We chose this location as we were driving so needed to be outside the ZTL zone and not pay for expensive garage parking. So it suited us. If you are flying in. Stay closer to town is my advice. Would I stay here again. No. But huge praise for the reception ladies.Their English was brilliant. They helped us with everything we needed locally.

An sich eine super Gegend - jedoch vorher abklären ob man in die Zone mit dem Auto fahren kann. Villengegend am Hang und ca. 25-30 min Fußweg zur Innenstadt. Das Nebengebäude mit hat mehrere Zimmer, leider war unserer nicht renoviert sondern etwas In die Jahre gekommen. Dafür hatte es einen kleinen Balkon direkt zum Parkplatz hin.

Konum harika , beklentimizi karşıladı

O hotel é muito bem localizado, a 20 minutos da ponte Vecchio e ao lado do parque bobboli. Ele é antigo, mas os hotéis da região são todos nas mesmas condições. Tem estacionamento gratuito o que foi ótimo para mim! Quando chegamos nos colocaram num quarto que estava com um cheiro ruim, mas prontamente nos colocaram em um com uma categoria melhor e foi ótimo. A cama é king e o quarto bem amplo. Achei uma boa acomodação e recomendo. Não tomei o café da manhã no hotel.

La propiedad está muy bien conservada y decorada. El personal se muy amable. El desayuno está bien surtido.

É um palacete antigo mas está bem cuidado. Cama muito confortável e instalações dos banheiros também. Lugar lindo. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Equipe atenciosa.

The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was of good quality. The hotel’s interior design was particularly appealing. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfactory stay.

Localização boa, perto do ponto de onibus. Bairro lindo e atendimento agradável. Tem elevador e o quarto tinha um espaço muito bom.
