飯店房間極小，跟香港中環的飯店大小差不多，連打開攤平一個大行李箱都有困難；位置離米蘭中央車站步行需要10-15分鐘。 除非你是商務客，不然極度不推薦入住這間飯店。

The location of this hotel is nearby metro and a bit far from train station. A lot of shops and restaurants are around which are good for shopping and dining. It provided free coffee and hot water in lobby for guests. But the bathroom is too small for a fat guy having shower.

trendy on the front desk and helpful staff. However, the hotel is in partly renovation. I lived in the old style room that the design is traditional and not as comfortable as the renovated ones. Recommend to choose the renovated rooms and ask front staff to provide a room which is far away from the rooms that are undergoing renovation.

24hr reception is really nice for the late arrival. The room is clean. The breakfast is also nice, especially the coffee is really good!

酒店整体干净敞亮，还是比较值这个价格。浴室很干净。交通还算方便，不过从火车站出来要做地铁。特别提醒亚洲游客，在出火车站后，如要购买地铁票，尽量去人工处买。在自动售票机购票时，会有人跟在你后面准备抢你的找零或者票，要不就是佯装好心人帮你选择，然后讹诈你消费。一定要谨慎！

Convenient. Close to main station and metro stop. Exactly what we needed for a short stop in Milan.

Personal muy amable, habitación limpia y cómoda para familias grandes.

La douche était décidément trop petite et ce même dans d'autres chambres. Ça doit être limite trop petit pour des personnes plus fortes. Le personnel était à l'écoute, et on a eu la chance de rencontrer un monsieur plus âgé qui nous a parlé de voyage, nous a fait la pub pour les hotel accord, marrakech etc. Le professionnalisme le sourire en plus par rapport à l'acceuil efficace mais trop distant.

I booked a double room and received a room with 5 beds. The rooms had a terrible smell of sewage where we could see some plumbing structure not covered. It was a very weird room plus the sound proof was zero.

Una ubicación buena, cerca de la estación de tren, el cuarto limpio y la atención cuando llegamos casi a las 2 am, mejor de lo que esperábamos.

Atendimento rude do inicio ao fim da estadia. Desde a chegada os funcionários se mostraram impacientes e grosseiros. Solicitei mudança de quarto por ar condicionado não estar funcionando e a resposta foi de que “se quisesse frio poderia ir à rua”. Fui alocada em um quarto para 4 pessoas (somos 2) que tinha um segundo andar, e o primeiro, do casal, era muito escuro justamente pela presença do “mezanino”. Informei que precisava de iluminação e se teriam um quarto para 2, conforme reserva, sem o mezanino. Fui informada de que a luz era suficiente, e me foi perguntando com ironia e grosseria “quantas luzes eu preciso para estar satisfeita”. A sensação de ser destratado é horrivel! Não recomendo.
