Great location just a 15 minute walk away from Milan Central Station. Modern rooms in a great area just minutes away from a main shopping street. Easy walking distance to other tourist highlights. Very helpful staff.

I didn't actually get to stay in the hotel because the people who stayed in the room wrecked it. The staff were fantastic, they booked me into a different hotel in an upgraded room which they paid for and the owner drove me there in his car. I went back to the Ibis for breakfast as i wanted them to get my custom. They were fantastic and offered to hold my luggage if I needed them to. When I come back to Milan I will try to stay in this hotel again as what I saw of it looked amazing

I booked a double room and received a room with 5 beds. The rooms had a terrible smell of sewage where we could see some plumbing structure not covered. It was a very weird room plus the sound proof was zero.

Lovely hotel, easily within a 10 min walk of Milan Central train station, or 2 min walk to the nearest metro (Lima). Only negative was that air condition was broken and the room mist have been 30 degrees plus.

The hotel is in an excellent location with very easy access to the train station and lots of excellent food. Our room was small but it was as I’d expect for the price we paid. The rooms were very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful! The only issue was the temperature of the rooms, our room was extremely hot and I was informed that the aircon could only be used if the outside temp is over 21 degrees. The temperature was exactly 21 degrees but our room was considerably warmer! It was quite uncomfortable. I tried it the next day when it was 23 degrees but I still couldn’t get it to work. For this reason I probably would not stay there again just as I want to be as comfortable as possible on holiday. But other than that I had no issues. Great for winter travel!

Hotel in a convenient location, close to a metro, plus shops and eateries. The room we were allocated was spacious with a mezzanine level. Although the bathroom had a very odd design with a toilet where your legs had to fit under a huge sink in front. Not sure if this was normal throughout the hotel or just to the ground floor rooms. Breakfast was nice with plenty of continental options plus some hot options like bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. If I was being fussy some more veggie options would have been nice but this is Italy.

No A/C in Italy on these months not even a fan. The property WONT turn A/C even if they say it has. They pretty much set the Temperature for you Like it or Not. How is that possible??

although the property was close to station and a 30 minute walk to duomo , the walls are paper thin and can clearly hear what’s going on in other rooms! (if you know you know) the bathroom had a horrible smell of sewer. I brought the issue up with front door staff and his suggestion was to open the window, the noise was terrible and we could not sleep! needless to say I would not recommend this hotel.
