Great hotel for exploring. Very close to the metro. Room small but high spec and clean. Staff very helpful - printing travel docs and fixing small issues. Bar quiet but open late. Great Italian restaurant opposite.

I booked a double room and received a room with 5 beds. The rooms had a terrible smell of sewage where we could see some plumbing structure not covered. It was a very weird room plus the sound proof was zero.

I didn't actually get to stay in the hotel because the people who stayed in the room wrecked it. The staff were fantastic, they booked me into a different hotel in an upgraded room which they paid for and the owner drove me there in his car. I went back to the Ibis for breakfast as i wanted them to get my custom. They were fantastic and offered to hold my luggage if I needed them to. When I come back to Milan I will try to stay in this hotel again as what I saw of it looked amazing
