I had a very unsatisfactory stay at this hotel. There were bugs constantly appearing on the bed, and when I reported this issue to the hotel staff, they responded by saying the bugs were harmless and had no intention of addressing the problem. Such an attitude towards customer service is completely unacceptable. It was absolutely disgusting to see bugs crawling out of the bed repeatedly. In the middle of the night, I had to drag my luggage to the front desk to demand a room change before they finally took action. This clearly shows that the room was not properly cleaned, and the service attitude was also poor. I will never choose to stay at this hotel again.

Poor hygiene condition in the hotel room. Got bitten by insect and got rash and allergy once enter the room immediately. There is no obvious insect seen, probably was something invisible by bare eyes like mites or ticks. Dust on bedsheet. Request to have a room change immediately but the manager replied there was no room available. I totally can’t sleep in that room and have to sleep in another room with other friends. The room was left empty for the whole night due to poor hygiene conditions. No such condition in other rooms. Bad experience for a 4-stars hotel that is totally not up to standard and cannot provide prompt solution for customers. Some staffs were kind though.

Excellent hotel, facilities are very good. Staff are very nice and friendly, The room is clean, tidy and new. Location is near metro, we just walk 5 minutes to metro station, but AC can not be adjust and it is quite expensive for us. By the way, recommend this hotel

It is close to the MRT not hard to find. It looks new and clean. Some restaurants nearby for you to choose. Shower is strong. Yet the staff is not very friendly and the room has the smell of cigarette.

Didn’t feel like a 4 star . Nice / clean / safe neighborhood with Friendly staff. Little things like only plastic cups in room. One bottle of water for 4 days. No place in bathroom to put amenities ect. Great location though and friendly staff .

There's no parking, the rooms are very small, the breakfast has little variety, the waiters are slow, and they limit water consumption to one small bottle per day.

Good accomodation. Near to amenities. AC did not cool the room very well. Didnt eat breakfast.

The staff were wonderful, always with a friendly greeting. The room was immaculate.

The staff was friendly and helpful. All were fluent in Italian and English. Appreciated their willingness to store our luggage so that we could enjoy the area after check-out. Staff was helpful in reserving us a taxi. Molto gentile. Convenient to walk to Navigli and to Duomo. Molto facile.

Upon arrival, there is no parking. One must hurry to get checked in while other is in car in middle of street. But they did have a driver to take our car to parking lot. Small elevators. Friendly staff though.
