Everything was fine, it’s a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast and the bar are great. If you plan to go there by car you don’t have to worry about the ZTL (just be careful with your navigation system) because they are outside of it. The parking system also works perfectly. They parked it after the check-in and brought it back at the check-out. We would definitely come back!

We LOVED this hotel. A bit far from city center but walkable and tram accessible. Best breakfast on our whole trip. Will definitely go back to Milan AND stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly even with broken English. You pay for parking when u checkin, dont go looking for parking .

Didn’t feel like a 4 star . Nice / clean / safe neighborhood with Friendly staff. Little things like only plastic cups in room. One bottle of water for 4 days. No place in bathroom to put amenities ect. Great location though and friendly staff .

The staff was friendly and helpful. All were fluent in Italian and English. Appreciated their willingness to store our luggage so that we could enjoy the area after check-out. Staff was helpful in reserving us a taxi. Molto gentile. Convenient to walk to Navigli and to Duomo. Molto facile.

Upon arrival, there is no parking. One must hurry to get checked in while other is in car in middle of street. But they did have a driver to take our car to parking lot. Small elevators. Friendly staff though.

Super clean, good safety, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, centrally located. You can walk to the Colosseum and other major sites, or to the central train station, and there's a metro stop just around the corner. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area.

The hotel is in a good location for the metro, but the hotel itself was disappointing. The air con in our room didn't work, the amenities weren't replenished daily and the room itself wasn't very clean. There were ants in the room and both my husband and I were bitten by bugs each night.

We only stayed here for a couple nights, but we loved it! It’s outside of the chaotic hustle and bustle of downtown but with plenty of walkable amenities and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re in Milan!

We left our bags with Mercure upon check out (including a backpack with a drink bottle, headphones, kindle and other electronics). We went out for breakfast and came back about 2 hours later. The backpack was socking wet as the bottle had been smashed and all our electronics drenched in water. We showed the reception staff to ask what happened who SHRUGGED and walked away. We stood in front of reception trying to salvage what we could out of our electronics. In the meantime, the 3 reception staff didn’t say a word to us, or offer us any sort of help.
