I had a very unsatisfactory stay at this hotel. There were bugs constantly appearing on the bed, and when I reported this issue to the hotel staff, they responded by saying the bugs were harmless and had no intention of addressing the problem. Such an attitude towards customer service is completely unacceptable. It was absolutely disgusting to see bugs crawling out of the bed repeatedly. In the middle of the night, I had to drag my luggage to the front desk to demand a room change before they finally took action. This clearly shows that the room was not properly cleaned, and the service attitude was also poor. I will never choose to stay at this hotel again.

Poor hygiene condition in the hotel room. Got bitten by insect and got rash and allergy once enter the room immediately. There is no obvious insect seen, probably was something invisible by bare eyes like mites or ticks. Dust on bedsheet. Request to have a room change immediately but the manager replied there was no room available. I totally can’t sleep in that room and have to sleep in another room with other friends. The room was left empty for the whole night due to poor hygiene conditions. No such condition in other rooms. Bad experience for a 4-stars hotel that is totally not up to standard and cannot provide prompt solution for customers. Some staffs were kind though.

Excellent hotel, facilities are very good. Staff are very nice and friendly, The room is clean, tidy and new. Location is near metro, we just walk 5 minutes to metro station, but AC can not be adjust and it is quite expensive for us. By the way, recommend this hotel

It is close to the MRT not hard to find. It looks new and clean. Some restaurants nearby for you to choose. Shower is strong. Yet the staff is not very friendly and the room has the smell of cigarette.

Gerald at the front desk was awesome and the handyman was very helpful.

Milano was 34 degrees and the air conditioner was not working. Terrible night.

Chambre propre mais très moyenne car le lit était collé au mur. On aurait dit une chambre d'appoint. Pas de climatisation alors qu'il fait chaud en Italie (34 degrés ce week-end). Juste la base même pas de coton, coton-tige, dans la salle de bain. Hôtel bien situé. Personnel professionnel. Fait l'affaire mais rapport qualité-prix bas.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait 30° à l’extérieur. Nous n’avons pas réussi à dormir. Mon fils est même allé à 4h du matin dormir chez un de ses amis. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons bien expliqué le problème aux personnels de l’hôtel, mais il ne pouvait rien faire car toutes les chambres étaient complète. Le dirigeant n’était pas là et la personne à lazcceuil ne pouvait pas prendre de décision pour nous rembourser l’hôtel. Il devait attendre le retour du manager qui est arrivé le lendemain. Je trouve ça inadmissible qu’on met pas laissé le choix de quitter l’hôtel sans remboursement. Si on m’avait remboursé tout de suite, j’aurais quitté l’hôtel. Après avoir contacté l’assistance d’Hotels. com, je m’attendais à recevoir le remboursement de la nuitée par le manager Il a nié que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Scandaleux, il nous a quand même offert les petits déjeuners, mais c’est vraiment le minimum du minimum. Je recommande au prochain client de bien vous assurer que la climatisation fonctionne. Par ailleurs, la chambre était très mais avec la température extérieure c’était juste impossible.

The location is perfect and will save a significant amount than staying more central. The hotel is opposite a tram stop that will take you into Milan for about €2.50, it is also a 2/3 minute walk from the metro line M2 station Sant Agostino. It is also surrounded by cafes, and bars. I had a single room for 2 nights room 401. My room was very much adequate with a bed which was exceptionally comfortable and more than big enough to sleep 2. A nice clean shower with plenty of hot water and nice fluffy towels. Also in the room was a mini fridge with complimentary bottle of water. They also provide in the room toothbrushes, small toothpaste and a shaving kit. We never had breakfast as had to be at certain places at them times. My tip would be walk the 5/10 mins to the local canals you will be spoilt for choice with places to eat at all different prices and quality of food, if you want something of exceptional quality then try Osteria Da Fortuata. If I ever return I will definitely stay here again.

We had an apartment with kitchen. Sign on table said complimentary water and soft drinks in fridge. Nothing in fridge. No coffee, one tea bag. Every time we asked the front desk manager said he would send it, nothing came. Nespresso machine with no pods. Manager asked me “how much coffee are you drinking”. Rude and unhelpful person. To be fair, several other staff were amazing! Hotel is in an area that is very shabby, however, close to Navigli, and about 2km from Piazza Duomo.

The gentleman at the reception was super nice and kindly arranged an early check-in. I really appreciated it because I was extremely tired after a long flight from Japan.
