We LOVED this hotel. A bit far from city center but walkable and tram accessible. Best breakfast on our whole trip. Will definitely go back to Milan AND stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly even with broken English. You pay for parking when u checkin, dont go looking for parking .

Hotel com instalações antigas que tenta modernizar-se, mas ainda com necessidade de alguns ajustes. Senti falta de tomadas no banheiro, não havia nem mesmo para secador de cabelo.
Fácil acesso a todas as regiões de Milão com transporte de qualidade. Equipe solícita. Bom custo x benefício. Limpo, confortável, seguro.

We only stayed here for a couple nights, but we loved it! It’s outside of the chaotic hustle and bustle of downtown but with plenty of walkable amenities and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend staying here if you’re in Milan!

We left our bags with Mercure upon check out (including a backpack with a drink bottle, headphones, kindle and other electronics). We went out for breakfast and came back about 2 hours later. The backpack was socking wet as the bottle had been smashed and all our electronics drenched in water. We showed the reception staff to ask what happened who SHRUGGED and walked away.
We stood in front of reception trying to salvage what we could out of our electronics. In the meantime, the 3 reception staff didn’t say a word to us, or offer us any sort of help.

Atendimento de funcionários muito bom, extremamente prestativos. Limpeza externa muito boa também. Limpeza dos quartos razoável. Era possível achar fios de cabelo após a limpeza da habitação. Estrutura do quarto boa em termos de equipamento (geladeira, chaleira, armários), porém manutenção bem ruim. Mofo no teto do banheiro, vazamento de água no boxe, ar condicionado de funcionamento instável.
A localização e boa, perto de estação de metrô e várias opções de restaurante.

Déçu de la prestation surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Séjour de 4 jours et de 3 nuits. Première nuit à l'hôtel, la chambre n'a pas de climatisation. Je préviens l'accueil pour qu'il règle la problème, je reviens en fin d'après midi et toujours pas de climatisation. On me propose une nouvelle chambre mais qui n'a pas la climatisation non plus ... (Super !). Du coup on me ramène un ventilateur pour dépanner parce que plus de chambre de dispo. Et pour la dernière nuit, on me trouve une nouvelle chambre avec la climatisation et j'ai enfin pu avoir une nuit "normale".

I've stayed 3 times here on this trip, each time worse than the before.
The air conditioning does not work properly, you can barely feel it.
The sink splashes everywhere and the sink drainage does not work properly.
The shower head is disgusting! And the safe broke down with no repairment for 2 nights. The wifi is soo slow
And they watered-down our body soap so i had to step out of the shower for the hand soap and use it while freezing cold since u cant get the soaps out the wall

The air conditioner did not work
The wifi did not work
The sink did not work properly and splashed everywhere every time
The shower head was dirty and ripped
The safe was broken for 2 out of the 3 nights
The hairdryer did not work
And there was barely any light, the room and the bathroom were really dark, would not recommend!!

The service was great and the room was ok, but the AC was non existent and in July in 30 + weather thats not so good, also we had to take out the thing that filter the water on the sink since they wouldn't go down otherwise and the shower water pressure is not that good
